Worst experience ever. I went to this location on February 11th to get some food after work and before coming back to LA. When I got there I try to order at the counter and the employees which were not busy didn’t want to take my order. They indicated me to place the order at the kios which had a line of 4 people waiting to use it because only one kios was working so I decided to place the order online. When I received my order the chicken was raw and cold. I ordered bbq wings and tenders and the wings were raw. I went back to the counter to tell the cashier and show her the product they gave me and ask for a refund and she told me that I had to do it online. It was almost 5 pm and I wanted to go back to LA so I started the process of refund online and I disposed of the wings since I have to start
Driving. The people that responded wanted a picture of the product in order for me to get my refund. I explained the situation and they still denied. So they basically stole my money almost 20 dollars. But to be honest im more upset about the service and the attention I received than the money. I will never recommend popeyes to any one. So becareful in case you have a problem at popeyes which most likely you will have don’t forget to take a picture of the food other wise they won’t give you back anything even if you show them at the moment t

I’ve never written a restaurant review, but this is really about a Superstar Employee that your company is lucky to have working for you!
I apologize bc I didn’t get her name but she was working the drive thru window at 10:30 pm Tuesday night the 13 of Jan.
I pulled in tired & emotionally beat down from a long stressed out day, plus I had 2 more hours left of driving from LA to Vegas.
When I was greeted thru the speaker, her voice boomed w a sincere smiling sound! It actually perked me up instantly bc I felt I had to match her level of energy.
When I pulled up to the window her smile matched how she sounded. Her good energy absolutely lifted my spirits & I left feeling better than when I arrived.
You have an excellent employee who should definitely be training everyone on how to deliver customer service w Perfection!!!!
To top it all off your food was Fantastic!!!

Bought a family meal tonight, and we are all sick. Everybody is throwing up after eating 1 piece. The chicken tasted old. When we started feeling weird, I turned on the lights and the chicken even looks old. It’s clearly food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE! Also, they didn’t give us all of the sides included with the meal. Please be mindful of your life and don’t risk it eating this garbage. They’re selling old/spoiled food.

Ordered the 8 piece family meal it came with one large side and 4 biscuit. I ordered spicy/original chicken wings and a large red beans and rice. They forgot to add hot sauce. Other than that everything was good. The spicy chicken seemed fresher than the original chicken.

However, cashiers routinely get orders wrong. For instance, in my last three orders they forgot my drinks.
The first time, they gave me incorrect chick parts; I ordered a breast and three legs. Instead, they gave me two thighs and two legs…and they forgot my bottled water.
The second time, they got my order perfectly…but for got my water.
The third time, I ordered boneless wings from a lady but I pulled up to the window and a man filled my order…and he also forgot my water.
The reason why I gave it low score for atmosphere is because homeless people hang out next to the drive-in. It doesn’t feel safe.

Drive thru got 3 piece tender and sm rice and beans tenders cold and breading hard as concrete! Rice and Beans ruined by cook who overspices them. ! Thats NOT how they should taste !
