I love Popeyes, but we only have two locations in the Coachella Valley. So we are limited and so this is my go to location. They just remodeled it and it looks great and clean! I always do mobile order because they tend to take long when you order at the counter. My order is usually always ready by the time I get there. Food is very delicious and a bit over priced. The service is OK I think it can be improved a little because there are times that the ladies have attitude.

I ordered tenders bundle online. 12 tenders 5 biscuits 2 large sides. I had coleslaw slaw and mashed potatoes & Cajun gravy. very good! Only negative is tenders as leftovers are never as good as freshly cooked. Ill have to.try reheating them in hot air fryer next time.

Food was great but the service needs lots of TLC. There were 2 young women working the front and none of them said hello to me as arrived, let alone even acknowledge me with a smile. They both looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. When I asked to get accuse to the restroom, one of the women looked at me bothered and hand me over a stick with a key.

This is by far one of the best Popeyes restaurant I’ve ever been. I’m a semi driver and I’ve been to a lot of places. Let me start by saying that this place is busy but organized. The place is clean and employees are friendly. Shout out to the 2 ladies who were handling the counter smoothly…. And thanks for the 5 pc chicken for $6.99. I’m on a tight diet and budget.

It’s a little pricey, due to the fact that it’s at the truck stop by the chicken is delicious… They are always trying their best to improve their customer service, accuracy and speed!!! Definitely a place I would recommend.

Its Thanksgiving day. We only have two of these here in the valley! I went to the one on Washington and it was closed (when it actually said open on google maps). Im so happy with this place to be open! I give it a TEN STAR! these people know how busy today would be being its thanksgiving and covid pandemic. Very clean and nice! Just make sure u wear a mask when u go inside to order!
