Popeyes is always made a very good chicken sandwich but today I was a little disappointed. I asked several times for no mayo but when I got my sandwich from the drive-through, it had mayonnaise on it like they didn’t even try. I sat in the parking lot using a napkin to wipe remove as much mayonnaise as I could, but I would rather prefer they just took my order correctly.

DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT order food from this Popeyes. Order, COMPLETELY wrong. They gave me no sauces, I mean look at these wings and how depressing they are. They don’t give me my ranch sauces. And on top of that when I called them they said they couldn’t do anything bc it was a DoorDash order and they only say that so they COULD! Mess up the food and have an excuse for it. Completely lazy and very sad. People look forward to eat when they have a day off or a sad or bad day, and you can’t even get someone’s food right or re do it for them. She couldn’t do anything bc it’s “DoorDash” but it’s her THEIR restraint. I repeat don’t go to this sloppy Popeyes. Orders constantly wrong from them and they have lazy managers, with lazy employers.

We always get take out, because my mom suffers with alzheimer’s and will not leave the house. My daughter flew in to spend the holidays with us. We are only 4 adults. We ordered on line and my husband picked it up, mind you we’ve never had a problem before. He picked it up, popeyes is 35 minutes from where we live, so we know it won’t be hot. He gets home and finds it missing one of the chicken sandwiches. I send him back requesting a new order because everything else will be extremely cold by the time he got home. They did do that but when they give him the order, he asks is everything there, they say yes, absolutely. He comes home and now my daughter order isn’t there. Come on its not like we’re placing an order for 10. So my husband is on his way there again. For 20 dollars an hour, you could get an order right. This is absurd. Husband just got home, they wouldn’t replace the order. Didn’t even offer an apology and just handed him the chicken strips. That’s fine, I’ll go elsewhere.

Horrible service tonight 02/02/2025. Horrible food tonight. I paid $85 and we were treated like crap. Paid for dipping sauce and then they didn’t have any and would not refund us. The fries were like rubber and the chicken was not crispy but hard like it’s been sitting there for hours. I choked on the hard chicken skin like 5 times. Mashed potatoes were so dry it was like eating a spoon full of flour. The chicken sandwhich looked like a gas station sandwhich. Bet those are better. Even the drinks were bad, couldent even put ice in the drinks. I should get a refund on this dog food you call chicken. Corporate office will be called first thing tomorrow.

I don’t know what’s going on with Popeyes but it’s been very disappointing the last two time and unfortunately I will not be going back. They are way overpriced the location seems to be understaffed and the quality of the food just isn’t what it used to be. I’m getting better chicken from stator bro. The vibe is just a place to eat and get on. I hope they get there act together.

I keep coming back here but only every 3 years because it’s always the basic things that they make huge problems out of. I got a meal and put no gravy because there’s no option for it on the side online. Girl at the counter wanted to charge me $5.00 for the side of gravy even after I explained to her the situation. See you in another years….maybe!

We were on our way to Idyllwild and my daughter HAS to have her Popeye’s!! The gentleman was very fast, efficient and friendly when he brought our order to our car. I wish I caught his name. This was Sunday, February 1 around noon. Thank you for the great service and tasty chicken.

When it costs two people $50 to eat at a fast-food restaurant, you expect a few things. Descent food and a clean place to eat it. The portions are far too small for the price, the chicken was dripping with grease and all of the food was warm, not hot. Kind of a disgusting experience overall and makes me realize why I only go to Popeyes once every year or so. They get more expensive, lower their quality and give smaller and smaller portions. And… they can’t even wipe down the tables when they’re not even busy. Unacceptable. To top it off, they package everything to go, even when you’re eating there – maybe if they didn’t waste so much money on packaging, they could have lower costs and better food.

If the review was based on food alone I’d give four stars. Since it is based on the goal I’d say three max . This location is a bit confusing to get to if you aren’t a local. There is no drive thru and the inside is pretty small with limited seating. Service was mediocre at best. The guy looked miserable running the counter and talked so quiet we had to have him repeat himself a few times. The location was messy and most of the mess surrounding the fountain drink area. It was sticky, stuff spilled and not wiped up, trash on the counter and floor. Some tables not cleaned. Worst part of the meal unfortunately was just an obnoxious guy in the lobby who wouldn’t get off his damn phone. Some people have no concept of surroundings and others. Food again was great. Tasted fresh, hot, crispy and my favorite mashed potatoes were perfect. I’d opt for a different location next time t time if available.

Went into this location today I noticed since last time I was there they added kioks to place your order. Your employees are extremely unhelpful. I asked if I could place the order with him he said NO I had to use the kiosk. Maybe some customers may not be comfortable using the kiosk. Who ever is the Owner you should instruct your employees to assist ANY customer that asks. Since the time this location opened it seems to be going down hill. Keep it up and you’ll be like the shuttered restaurant nextdoor to you. WILL NOT BE BACK. By the way I’ve never eaten such terrible coleslaw.
