Relatively small portions compared to their non-mall locations. One of my chicken strips was smaller than the sauce packet. Speaking of sauces. They only give one sauce per 4 strips. The beans/rice containers aren’t filled all the way.

I’m not blaming the employees but the company itself. This store doesn’t have anyone how to operate the kiosk when you try to void an order. They said once you pay, it cannot be voided because nobody knows hot to void the order. There are three staff and non of them know how to troubleshoot the kiosk. The general manager name Thyanmeht said she doesn’t have an access to void or refund once you pay that is final! A “GENERAL MANAGER” no access . Popeyes you know better educate your crew to mitigate the issues. The General Manager still professional even my frustration almost elevated.

Bonita. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. Service was fast. Food was ok. Chicken tenders kinda chewy. It was a bit pricey, but I was really craving it. I was
surprised that I was asked to pay $1.29 for a refill on a small coke. I’ve never had to pay for a soda refill. I guess they have to make up for the absurd $20.00 dollar an hour minimum wage here in California. Won’t be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. I was forced by the manager, James, to place my order using the self-service kiosk, even though I clearly stated I didn’t want to use it. I’m not an employee and shouldn’t be required to go through a machine just to order food, especially when there was no line and staff were available.
What made it worse is that I watched two other customers receive in-person service simply because they were paying with cash. Since I had a card, I was told I had to use the kiosk and could not be helped otherwise. That is unacceptable.
This experience felt dismissive and inconsiderate, and I will not be returning to this location. I expect better customer service—especially when the store isn’t even busy.

Customer service was trash. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to take our order and no one bothered to even acknowledge us. They glanced at us and made eye contact but didn’t say hi or smile or nothing! Mind you they weren’t busy and only 1 person was in front of us. Was such a weird, unwelcoming vibe, so we ended up walking away and going to Panda Express instead. We received way better service there. Train your employees to be better or hire new people!
