We went in on Sunday 5/11 at 9:20 PM, and ordered a 5 pc blackened tender combo and a spicy sandwich. The sandwich was good, however the tenders were a complete disappoint. They were all the size of a lighter if not smaller- and the Large combo costs 17.99. Terrible choice do not order here

I walked in to order a 12-piece family meal and I specifically requested that it be mixed spicy (white and dark). After a 40-minute wait in the restaurant, I get home and discover there are only legs and thighs. I was very disappointed!
The cook seemed to have difficulty filling food orders and the hostess had to join him in the kitchen to assist, causing the line to grow really long. The online and Uber Eats orders were even delayed. I won’t be back.

I came and ordered my usual. I was actually going to go to the one off the freeway on Valley after driving around I saw the one off Norwalk and Carson. Fries were not seasoned. Biscuit was dry. Something about my whole combo and drink was off. My Coke tasted like Diet flat soda. My red beans and rice were bland and the 5 piece strip tasted like regular un seasoned chicken. I was very disappointed after paying $20.50 for 1 unflavored combo.

OK Popeyes rules when it comes to chicken. And if I have any constructive feedback for the ownership, I would say because Popeyes prices are not shy, nor modest but relatively expensive. I’m good with that and only ask that for the money for Famiky Meals- make the large sides actually Large…like LARGE.
For 40 bucks for a 12 pc. meal, would it break Popeyes to actually give you a large size mash potatoes when it says large size. I laugh at the size they call large- looks more like a Gerbers baby food size. C’mon potatoes are dirt cheap…if you’re charging $20 for a 12 pc. then yeah go cheap on the large mash potatoes but at premium price of $40 & higher, let’s do Real Large sizes like 7/11 does with their large sizes. OK, I don’t mean to rag on the skimpy large sizes that Popeyes serve but it’s all about a great perceived value and quality of service. The food is simply fantastic bar none. Love, love it, just love it. Just make the large potato side actually large and we’re good. I hate to see what a small size is. Lol.

I came here to get food for my family, and we dined in! My son had to use the restroom, and we were told they didn’t have one, so I had to go to Waba Grill. I will not be eating at this establishment any longer. I’m calling the health department.

Popeyes was great! They make the best Fried Chicken and I believe it’s the only place you can get your chicken with a side of Red Beans &Rice, my favorite thing to eat next to Fried Chicken! With that said, I had never been to this location. I actually thought I was headed to another location as I was simply following the directions given on Google Maps. When I arrived, I could see that the parking lot was pretty empty, buy I pulled the location up in my phone and placed an online order for pickup. While sitting, I did notice drivers pulling up, going into the restaurant and coming out like clockwork! In less than 15-minutes my order was ready. I went inside of a clean, quiet restaurant with a friendly manager and employee who both greeted me with a smile. I give my name, which the manager repeated to the employee and voila, my order was handed to the manager. I decided to also get an apple pie for food measure. I was in and out of the restaurant in less than five (5) minutes! I was tired so I didn’t have the energy to check my order for accuracy. So, when I got home, to my surprise, my food was still hot and it was DELICIOUS! My only regret was not getting more boneless wings! I asked for barbecue sauce, although I had some at home, but didn’t need to dip my chicken, strips or wings into sauce. The chicken tasted great without it! Now, that’s saying something! While I love Fried Chicken, I seldomly allow myself to have any because I am conscious about my health but every now and then, I like to be transported to a time when I could eat and enjoy my meals without worrying about my weight, my health, etc. For those times, I choose Popeyes and now, I will also choose this location because of its excellent customer service, the cleanliness of their restaurant, the quality of their products and the speed at which they deliver all of those things!

We got three Chicken Sandwiches and one was PINK in the middle BUT they replaced it. Lucky we were eating in the lot so we didn’t have to deal with bringing the half eaten sandwich back from home. They were TASTY as expected!

It takes around 30 minutes to get food here pretty much every time, no matter what you order. Don’t use the online order feature on the app, it doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing just yet and there’s no benefit from using it. It never seems like they check the receipt either. The receipt shows what sauces, drinks, and stuff I ordered but they I always seem to forget them. The food is great but if you’re looking for fast food, then look somewhere else.
