Bennett is Popeyes few times and by far they are very inconsistent. The place is not clean inside could use a little bit more attention. The chicken here is sometimes dry and a few times when I go to the drive-through they’ve actually given me wrong orders which is frustrating. Be sure to always check your order when you’re here. Too bad cause it’s really close to me. I actually have to go to a different Popeyes in Anaheim. The rating that I have here is not for the cleanliness. I don’t think I’ve ever been here and come home with their biscuits being fresh. It always seems to be very very dry, which is so frustrating because I love their biscuits.

Well when my wife and I get there wasn’t any near the cashier area, my wife said “Hellooo?” And then a employee came over, my wife mentioned we need to wash our hands and use the restrooms before we place the order. She said the doors are locked and had to ask the manager. Well she went to him and he said something to her.. a few minutes he came out kind of irritated that he had to open the restrooms, and when my wife said her husband needed to use the restroom also, the manager claimed the other restrooms door lock was broken and it’s difficult to use his key. He also mentioned that after we were done to lock the door from the inside so that it doesn’t stay open. I’m assuming he has people go in there and use his bathroom and he must get irritated and everything because of that. As for myself I felt offended on his attitude, as for my wife I am sure she didn’t notice his attitude. Other than that our dining meal was satisfactory as far as takeout food goes. Also when we place the order the woman at the counter somewhat got the order wrong but we noticed later that she didn’t, she had it replied okay spicy when my wife had clearly stated to her not spicy. I don’t know how long this establishment has been there for but as for myself I would not go there again.

Food was soggy and horrible!!! Mac and cheese was was watery and grainy, mashed potatoes were lumpy and had hard pieces of potatoes, and the biscuit tasted like strawberry even though it was plain. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to.

A Popeyes to avoid if in a hurry. Traveling up Valley View towards the 91. Opted for Popeyes vs InNOut Taco Bell or El Pollo Loco across the street. Ordered through the app 2 chicken sandwiches fries and a drink. After 10 minutes went in to pick up, they told me they were still cooking my fries. After 20 minutes same answer. 25 minutes after placing order meal ready. Cashier didn’t seem happy. Stars for tasty meal, but waste of time at this location.
