Reviews
Rather than communicating clearly, he spoke so rapidly that he confused himself, then projected his frustration onto me. When I explained that I could not hear him, he became visibly irritated and escalated the situation. I was forced to raise my voice simply to be understood, and instead of showing professionalism, he reacted as though I had done something wrong. The situation worsened when other employees gathered nearby, stared, and made cold, judgmental eye contact. Their behavior felt intimidating and humiliating, especially as I was there with my child. No customer should ever feel ganged up on or made to feel ashamed for addressing poor treatment.I am extremely disappointed because I once believed this location provided excellent customer service. As of 1/12/2026, that belief has been completely shattered. This experience left me feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and angry, and it raises serious concerns about how customers—particularly parents and children—are treated at this location.
Update: I came again to give yall a chance and there was no tartar sauce. What do I do with myself?
