I used to come here all the time! I remember it being super speedy and organized. I like to mobile order a lot—i was able to walk over to the side and grab my order, but these guys were so understaffed tonight that there were people waiting everywhere, and my food wasn’t ready after waiting in my car for about 10 minutes. Only 3 people for dinner hours and closing down the restaurant must be so harsh on the employees; I felt so bad they didn’t seem to have adequate support. Took a while to get fried pickles, mashed potatoes & Mac. I didn’t even order chicken and it took another 10-15 minutes of waiting inside for my mobile order. I don’t fault the staff on duty in situations like that.

Generally it’s hard to give a fast food chain restaurant more than 3 stars, the food is the same, the staff usually does not want to be there and just muddles through the day and the line of customers.
However, this Popeyes location is an exception to the rule. Staff is always friendly and attentive, they have an excellent attitude and make you feel like they appreciate your business, the food is always hot and fresh. Prices are very reasonable, the restaurant is very clean.
Just an overall excellent dining experience.

A young lady at the cash register named Joy, took care of me with a smile and real courtesy. The manager, whose name I did not get, was working furiously in the background filling orders. Everyone in the store did not stop working the entire time I was there. They were stuffing orders, handing out food, giving people sauces and doing everything with a smile and courtesy.
The food was clean, fresh and for fast food was real tasty. I had drumsticks and mashed potatoes and gravy, and everything was perfect.
It is Joy, though, who made my visit special. She was smiling the entire time and treating everyone with a real deep sense of courtesy and pleasantness.

The girl at the counter was being extremely rude when it came to picking up three orders that I placed online under three different names which each order was for someone whom I was picking up each order. Never had that problem before. She stated that she needed to see each order on my phone, like I just walked in there and gave her random names that randomly has an order there gave her proof of two orders cause couldn’t find the third one and she still ended up giving me my food, so yeah, she’s full of it

Came here for a quick bite around 4pm. Ordered the 5 chicken tender meal with fries and a drink. The food came out pretty hot not cold or lukewarm at all. Food tasted just as expected and the biscuits were kinda dry as usual but i mean everyone kinda expect it when going to any Popeyes. The ladies at the counter were friendly enough. All in all it was a pleasant visit to this Popeye’s. I wasn’t expecting too much from it but it was nice. Restrooms definitely needs some more cleaning and the dining area could use some cleaning as well. But if you really look around the shopping center it is in, you kinda know why it is this way as well and I don’t blame them either. But i do hope the kitchen and food safety standards are adhered behind the counter.

I am team Popeyes in terms of fried chicken, and this store does not disappoint. Took only 5 mins to get my order (6 piece chicken combo). The chicken is a mixture of thigh and breast with a little spice. Very juicy texture with airy and light breading!

I placed an order through the app with a specific pickup time. When I got there, my food wasn’t ready and they had to find my order in their system. Once they got it, said they were going to prepare it that second. Well, it took them another 20 mins to make the food and that’s after me confronting them about why it was taking so long. While waiting, I noticed they messed up numerous people’s orders. People kept returning saying they gave them wrong chicken, drinks, etc… So I made sure I checked my order before leaving. They also had a fake homeless person waiting outside the door trying to solicit money from everyone. I would not recommend this location.

I went to get a 2 pcs meal and noticed that they young lady who prepared my order only put about half of spoon of gravy in my mashed potato Order and I nicely asked her if she could put Some More Gravy and first she Said you need to Pay for More. Then I told her that she put lees than a spoon of gravy If she wanted to remove some of the mashed potato of my Side Order to add enough Gravy and she got mad threw in the trash my mashed potato and gave me a New Side Order with almost the same amouth of Gravy from fist Time. I felt sad for the mashed potato thrown in the trash an her Attitude. (^&^)

Drove all the way here at 10pm because the gardena one is closed already. Only to find out the staff here on 11/06/25 around 10pm stopped cooking chicken around that time. I told them i thought you guys close at 11pm. They said they stopped cooking at 10pm. Thats crazy then close it at 10pm no reason to stay until 11pm if theres nothing to sell. it was the petite lady told me that in so frustrated because i love popeyesh
