After I asked about some specials deciding what i wanted. Made quick call make sure husband doesn’t want anything. Get back to counter only to order fries. Young lady gives me old fries thr ones that had been sitting there this whole time. When I asked for fresh ones she gave barley none. Almost $5 for reg fry is crazy but to get half large fry box half empty is crazier..

I’ve been here few times hints is why I only get the FRIES!! Everything else there no has taste and the employees not worth anymore of this review..

I ordered 3 16 piece boxes after waiting awhile for my order to be taken an completed I got no receipt. I ordered on Christmas day and have been calling the store number listed since Christmas day. No one answered or returned my calls.. So I guess I won’t be cashing in my points earned.. Thanks a lot Popeyes Management.. Happy New Year 2026

DONOT visit this establishment. The customer service is BAD and the food is horrible. I’ve had bad experience here in the past but came back because it is close to my job however today they messed up two orders the last wraps had no chicken and the presentation was sloppy the first they missed a biscuit then gave me hell for a receipt the manager who was at the window didn’t even give me.
The number you have to Google to get No one ever answers. And the box is full this. Is my third time calling it and they don’t respond The customer service should be a lot better on a Main Street in Compton with no number for complaints are communication makes the consumer very upset. I will be taking other measures to assure the owners knows what happens here.

Honestly, I’m not sure how this place is still in business with how awful they are. I am adding a photo of what my beans look like after I have to dump all of the rice. I just paid a large for Cooked rice basically. This place is a joke, please save your money and try the Popeyes over on Compton because they probably will do better than this place. Management is a joke. They don’t want your feedback at all because the number that they provide on the receipt doesn’t actually work. Overall, Popeyes has a cooperation has completely gone downhill in the past 15 years. The entire thing just needs to pull the plug.

We live in the area and my son likes Popeyes so we been to this location enough times for me to say the two young ladies who work here are slow as molasses, no matter if there is no line.
That’s the usual im not complaining about that. This afternoon I make a stop and place an order from thr drive thru…I pull up and pay for my food. She swiped my card but instead of handing it back to me she carries on prepping orders with the other cook… she comes to the window to ask if I want sauce…I say no and im double checking my wallet to see if im tripping about my card…she still has it and she seems to return to helping the cook….then I see her with a pen and receipt paper and I grow suspicious..I check my account to check if she swiped the card for my order and she most certainly did…so I turn off my card cause now im uncomfortable …3 more minutes pass and she returns but only to ask if I wanted sauce for a second time. I politely tell her no, but I would appreciate my card…dont trust this place….I can tolerate limited staff and extended wait as a result but not this. Never again

Lady in the front is always in a bad mood. I asked for buffalo sauce and ketchup she said that’s an extra charge. I literally spent over 30 dollars and not able to get any sauces with my order? Ridiculous. Also my chicken sandwich seems like it got smacked before it was given to me. The lady who gave it to me had such a bad attitude the same one who tried to charge me for ketchup and sauces.

Only best experience is when they first opened this place. This is the 3rd and last I will be back. The place is clean but the food is garbage. It’s not prepared correctly, the chicken be dried out, red beans and rice were dry, mostly rice. Im sticking with the one on 103rd. And compton ave There chicken and sides are always right. And the sodas are watered down.

Two overpriced is like the chicken sandwich went from like five to like almost $7 now it’s ridiculous but rather go to del Taco for the same price of a chicken sandwich here you can get a full meal with a drink I’ll never step foot in this place these restaurants are just overpriced this one in Wingstop I think they’re partnered up because Wingstop chicken sandwich went up they talk about inflation I don’t even see the restaurant being full it’s just these places just ripped people off super extremely high overpriced sandwiches ridiculous I drove backwards out of the driveway straight trash Popeyes and if the owner read this then yeah you you’re food is overpriced it’s not even all that good anyways yeah and I’ll definitely never come back here ever again thank you
