At least this time the chicken tasted good but every time I ask for a four piece chicken. I get 2 thighs a wing and a leg. I asked for a breast and still didn’t get it. I understand if they don’t have any but let me know so I can decide if I still want it. They said nothing but my receipt shows what I asked for.

For the last few months the quality has dropped significantly. The chicken is dry and often seems to be multiple days old or burnt. They haven’t been putting enough sauce on the wings either. Nothing is fresh and the staff is often rude and unprofessional.

Not a great experience- ordered online, went through drive thru to pick up (no other cars present), clerk asked me to pull around to the front of the store and wait for the order there. Waited in front of the store for about 15 minutes, no food came. Other customers walked into store & left with food in this time. Frustrated, I went inside, told them I was waiting out front for the food for 15 minutes, and low & behold, it had been sitting on their counter for who knows how long. I noticed incorrect drink- I asked & they said they were out of the drink I ordered, so they gave me something else. No apologies, nothing. Not a good experience. It amplified my hangry-ness.

I’m a taxi driver always on the move, and this Popeyes on Moana is my go-to between fares. The chicken and shrimp are always fresh, the service is quick and friendly. The manager, Rigo, runs a clean, well-organized restaurant with a great team. Always consistent and dependable!

One of my favorite Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants in the area. Easy access to local shopping such as Costco as well as highway 101 and highway 152. I love the new kiosk ordering system but there is counter customer service as well. I believe in the ability to be independent when appropriate but also having the freedom of choice in service when feeling drained or needy. The food is hot and fresh and I have never left this restaurant missing an item.

We just picked up rather large order from the restaurant.
The wings barely had a drizzle of sauce on them. Half the wings had no sauce at all.
The french fries were so cold and stale. They had to have been from hours ago.
The chicken strips were also cold and stale, even after heating them back up again in the microwave, they were terrible.
They gave the wrong sauces

Got there at 11:28 on Saturday night. The person first said hi can I take your order. We were debating on a family meal or another large combo. Then he said “we are about to close”. Then he said we are closed”. When their hours are until 1. The parking lot was full of cars with customer inside but the door was closed. The parking lot was full of cars. In the parking lot there were several customers including dooordash delivery people. The person worker clearly was doing something shady. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

I went in and got my usual Spicy chicken sandwich. I see the same employees most times and they are always friendly no matter when I come in! The service is great and good music playing in the lobby as well!

This store should be investigated for adding fraudulent charges. Good chicken, bad customer service. I ordered two 5 piece strip dinners (which I know means no drink, it’s what I get every single time) and the person added the combo instead and then lied and said she confirmed it with me twice and after that couldn’t delete the meal or couldn’t change the order, and asked me to come to the window instead of fixing it so I got charged extra for two drinks (even the manager said it wasn’t possible to change)… I ended up with extra biscuits instead – which is great! I love their biscuits, BUT that’s not what I asked for. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s happening to more than just me and a big scam but people don’t argue it because they’re holding up traffic in the drive-thru.
