So I go through the drive-thru to get a 10 piece spicy. Guy at window says They have no spicy breasts. Would you like to wait 10 minutes? 45 minutes later I got my two breasts. This this location sucks

We ordered lunch for our family of 6. I personally ordered a two piece with a side of beans and rice. The beans & rice was literally 3 bites. It was less than 1/2 of the container. Picture was taken immediately after removing the lid. $76.00 later……never doing Popeyes Chicken again! TERRIBLE!

We ended up spending $45 tonight. On two golden barbecue sandwiches, which barely had any of the sauce. An order of shrimp that once you pulled the batter off of, still had the veins and poo sacks. We decided to not eat them. The fries were cold and bland which is disappointing because at another location in Reno, they were delicious. We also got a side of mashed potatoes and they tasted like beans! We weren’t given any honey for our biscuit or sauces. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve always loved Popeyes, but tonight was a massive disappointment. We received chicken that was completely burnt and dried out. As a working-class family, eating out is a treat, and we simply don’t have the extra money to go out and buy a replacement dinner tonight. To spend hard-earned money on food we can’t even eat is incredibly frustrating. I’m not sure I can justify coming back after this.

Went there twice ordered ahead both nights absolutely nobody inside restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get the food! Apparently the young staff doesn’t know what ordering ahead means! The first time at least the guy apologized for the wait, the second experience even worse with the kid focused on something in the back not paying attention to when my sandwich was made so ended up sitting on the counter until i had to ask him again about how long it was going to take!!!!!! Horrible staff and service! Replying to our texts doesn’t mean anything, all these negative comments should tell you something!!!! Do better and train these people again!

I am so upset with my experience today. I ordered online through Popeye’s website to pick on my lunch break (set pick up at 1:30) because I was picking up my daugther from school and she really wanted the new Freddy box. I arrived at about 1:45 and the cashier, Cindy, who at first couldn’t figure out why there was no order made even though she saw my name in the system finally figures out there waa no order made because they ran out of the Freddy Box items and they didn’t bother making my other food item I ordered either (the blackens chicken strips which you guys consider a special item and takes longer to make)

I got upset but said okay can I just have a refund because I really needed to go back to work and thats when the manager apparently on duty came out. She said there was no way they could help me and they could not issue a refund since I ordered on the app (which i didnt it was on their website) I would have to go through the app for a refund. She was rude and dismissive and did not offer me any help. She really embarrassed me and made me feel like asking for a refund was obsurd. i wasted my time and now wasting more time going through this “app” process to try to get a refund. 2 hours later and I am still trying to get a hold of someone through the “app” to get a refund. I wish I would have gotten that manager’s name because someone should speak to her about customer service. She did not once say sorry. She was so unbelievably rude!

Cindy at least offered to make the blackened chicken strips but I need to go back to work so I couldn’t.

We got the 16 piece meal. The mild chicken was okay, the biscuits seemed a bit dry, and the gravy for the potatoes wasn’t that bad. I would have like for the potatoes to have actually filled the cup since the cup size for the sides isn’t very big. The coleslaw….had a light pinkish tint so I just tossed it as I wasn’t about to try it. The sweet tea was good.

My significant other ordered at 6:07pm , with an online order, while inside waiting for 10mins she said she had a mobile order and they said there working on it, I already got my food when we had arrived as I ordered in store. I had went up around 6:44pm and waited for a staff member, I grabbed the managers attention, she just seemed uninterested , and she then says they don’t have cheesy bites. So I subbed in Mac and cheese. It was ready in 4-5 minutes later. Took over 30 minutes for our food in total , after notifying more than once, the staff knew we were there for that specific order but didn’t say anything to us until I said we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. Store wasn’t even busy either. It’s really not a hard job, I’ve worked at one when I was younger. not hard to care either, very unfortunate management.

The drive thru order taker was nice, but it took a long time at the window for 4 sandwiches with pickles and a large cup of Mac and cheese. Got home and found out the Mac and cheese was only about 3/4 full and no pickles on the sandwiches. We live a half hour away, so we can’t just drive back to get it fixed.
