I have been to this Popeyes many times before but only through the drive-thru and a couple of times they have forgotten some items and when I got home and discover these missing items I tried to call into that particular Popeyes but no one ever picks up the phone. So when it happened again this time I tried to call again and no one picked up then went and did the survey on the back of the receipt and made my complaint known there and when I use my receipt with the coupon on the back and went into that particular Popeyes, they pretty much just yell at you to use the kiosk kind of like if you’re an employee there and you feel like you’re getting yelled at by your boss. I noticed there was only two people inside during a lunch hour on a Saturday so I didn’t want to bother staying but I won’t be going to that particular Popeye since there are so many others to go to.

I bought a 3 piece at 10:30am. The chicken was dry and tasted like it was old. You would think @10:30am the chicken would be fresh but not at this Popeyes.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited 15–20 minutes just to place an order at the front counter because the staff chose to focus on clearing the drive-thru orders instead of helping customers standing inside. It was clear that drive-thru orders were their priority, not the people in the restaurant.
When I mentioned the long wait and poor service, the cashier didn’t apologize or acknowledge my concern, instead, they argued with me. At that point, I decided not to order my “two can dine” meal and walked to the Popeyes on Maryland & Tropicana instead.
The difference was night and day. The manager there, Robin, apologized for any wait, politely asked drive-thru customers to pull forward, and always provides kind and professional service. They even accommodate small requests like light beans in my red beans and rice without hesitation.
I work hard and enjoy spending my money at Popeyes, but I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. The team at Maryland & Flamingo could really learn from Robin and her crew at Maryland & Tropicana.

Gotta say one of the best popeyes meals I had!! Biggest chicken sandwich and all my food was piping hot! Love the manager Tracy, her optimism and energy I love her vibe
I’m giving it 4 stars unfortunately because I did wait for 30 minutes after placing my mobile order. And the front door was locked and had to go on the other side of the terribles to get in.
I think they were short staffed as they did say they had to warm up the oil after 10 minutes of opening. So yeah… I understand their situation. Popeyes if you love your employees, send some to this location!! Tracy will treat them good 🙂

1st visit Nice employees! Fresh and nice sized nuggets, wonderful biscuits! I enjoyed every bite. Really good chicken sandwich!! Biscuits were FRESH! Recommend this location!
2nd visit the dude was very rude, chicken nuggets were over done, wasn’t asked which sauces we needed for 36 nuggets! Dry, and overcooked. Sad to see people working here that ruin the experience and food.

every time we go to this location at 8-9pm there’s always a note saying they have no food, or they have shut the store down for closing around 9pm when they close at 11pm.
i just went tonight and there was a note on the drive thru “no mac, no beans, no rice, no potatoes and no chicken sandwiches”
WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND! employees are either severely understaffed or severely lazy either way, do better popeyes.

I guess I’m the one insane because I don’t know why I keep coming back to this location. They don’t have what they advertise (tackle box)… then I order CHICKEN and I have to wait 10 minutes. Tell me that before hand so that I have the option to NOT wait because it definitely took more than 10 minutes. To top that off, I was given a cup of tonic because the sprite was out. I went into the store to change it and I observe the MANAGER return from the back doing God knows what and then proceeds to make orders without gloves. I included this picture because I cannot upload the videos. This is ridiculous.
