The waiting time through the drive-thru was 20 minutes. When I got my food I immediately found parking in the same shopping center to eat because I was hungry. The fries was not hot and was hard like it was stale. I also got the sweet n spicy chicken wings which was not hot either. So why the 20 minute wait? I wasted my money on some food I didn’t enjoy. The girl who gave me my order was nice & pleasant. That’s the only good thing I have to say about this Popeyes location. Other than that I will never stop at this location again!!!

How do you have 3 employees, 14 cars in the drive thru line and a wait time of 25 minutes or more just to place the order. They take one order, cook it and hand off to the customer. Then they take the order of the person waiting at the drive thru ordering screen. How does this make sense….they lose more business then they get.

What a piece of sheet company. Ordered online and chose the option to pick up at the counter. Arrive and the scumbags have the door locked. So I have to wait on drive thru for 45 minutes to get my b order. Tried to cancel and was put in touch with the yucking virtual. So no real customer service. Why? Because they don’t give a yuck about you or what type need or the problems they had you experience or the 45 minutes out of my life sitting in a drive thru. 45 minutes I’ll never get back. Personally I’m never going to another Popeyes again. Yuck them. I hope others will follow and they go out of business. Even if they start opening the doors again I’m not stepping foot in this place and the filthy ruch executives that implement these measures that waste the customers time but put millions more dollars in the pockets of these scum I hope Karma does it job to these scumbags. All they care about are their Stock options. Screw the customer

Just like other reviewers said very very long wait at the drive through I am talking about like over 20 minutes. Or they sent you wait at front and wait for 40 minutes. So long I have to get back in line to drive through to ask for my food cause they never open their dining room. And they don’t open according to their business hours. Service and food is ok but I won’t put up with this again.

Went through the drive thru. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, if a bit on the smallish side compared to others I’ve had recently in Vegas. Went back through for a 2 piece snack and I must say that the pieces, while delicious, are pretty tiny as well. Popeyes has the best tasting fast food/drive thru chicken I’ve had.

I was at the inside dining room and had to wait over 15mins just to have my order taken by Sarenity. After placing a 16piece family meal she tells me they only have enough Mac and cheese for 1 side not two but only filled halfway. When my husband mentioned it immediately Sarenity added 2 more scoops to fill the bowl from a new dish in the warmer. We asked for new fries as we had been waiting for our order to be made and were getting eye rolls from the staff. After finally receiving the completed order which was to dine in we had to ask for silverware and plates. The staff was loudly stating the dining room closed at 8pm. Making my children feel like they had to hurry to eat. I will NEVER be back. Save your money and your patience and go somewhere the staff are considerate. The manager hear me loudly say no take your time to eat we waited 25mins to get our food and she never came out to speak with us on the service or food. My son was getting the side eye just to refill his drink as we were leaving. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

This is one of the worst locations. How do you run out of chicken ALL THE TIME! The food we were able to get was so hard and stale that my dogs wouldn’t touch it (pretty sad when they will eat almost anything) Customer service was . Popeyes you seriously need to get it together at this location. Here the receipt and then the refund due to being out of chicken.
