First timer and last. Had a coupon for a 2 piece meal so I figured I’d give it a try. Walked in 3 people at the counter not a greeting from any of them. Place was very well staffed I can say that. 3 people walked in after me and were taken care of immediately. Guess to go orders have priority. Finally one of the 3 was told to take my order. No hello no greeting what so ever. I handed my coupon to her and said this was my first time trying their food. Never looked up asked me spicy or original, what side and how much it was going to be. Was not asked if I wanted a beverage or anything else. Handed me the receipt and said they will call my #. I did get a thank you. Food was done quickly did not wait long at all.
The biscuit was very dense. A smaller version of KFC biscuits. The chicken was very very salty. Don’t know if they brine their chicken. If so they left it in the brine way too long. The batter was very thick and crunchy. Not impressed with the flavor. The gravy for the mashed potatoes was very peppery and tasted of onion. Found that interesting.
The food I usually will give another try thinking maybe just an off day. No excuse for poor customer service will not be back.

I ordered a ghost pepper sandwich and it had so little sauce it might as well have been a classic chicken sandwich as well as the mashed potatoes having minimal gravy. This location consistently under sauces and often doesn’t give honey for the biscuits

The worst drive thru ever experienced. The girl at the drive thru attended me like if the food was for free. Did not get any sauces or dressing.
Popeyes is a good place, just not this location. I would rather get a mc Donald’s Chicken sandwich rather than comming to this location in the afternoon.

This place has been consistently bad with their service and their ability to complete a simple order correctly and in a timely manner. It’s obvious based on their attitude that they just simply don’t want to do their job. Some things that are probably out of their control is the fact that they are out of a lot of food items. Out of the 3 online pickups I’ve done, wasting gas, they were out of the items I ordered and they didn’t even try to offer a way to fix it, they make you figure it out. They also made us wait for our online order after it’s been marked ready, for like 30 min. And there’s been more than one time where we’ve had to come back because our order was missing a whole side like???

The service here is TERRIBLE! I placed an online order and they gave the order to the wrong person! The lady comes up to me and tells me I have already picked up my order. She “remembers” giving it to me. That’s so crazy that she LIES because she asked us to pull to the side and never gave us any food. Then she sends someone else out to tell me again that I already picked up my order. I ask him to check the cameras because I have just been waiting in my car and never received my order. I explain it’s not my fault they handed the order to the wrong person and would like it remade, but instead of doing that he said there’s nothing he can do to make it right because it will just deplete their food inventory. So all I can do is ask for a refund on the app. Just wow…. a big chain cannot remake my meal after the mistake they made.

I walked to Popeyes. I live like 50 yards from the restaurant. I made it at 9:31 and the lobby was closed. They stop answering the phones as I tried calling over and over again. There was a black guy sitting in the lobby with a female co-worker eating and laughing having a great lunch I hope (not). Why would you closed the lobby down 30 plus minutes early on a Saturday night. There was a young lady whom had just left out and they ignored her as if they have never seen her before. Bad business. The food is always appreciated hot fresh and ready… however, every time we go they always forget the side dishes. Then we have to drive back because we forgot to check our order. Me and my family came here for the new Freddy meal and as soon as we pull up to the drive through it is dead silent nobody tells us it’s gonna take a few minutes or anything it’s just silent for like 10 minutes and then someone finally tells us “It’s gonna be one more minute” and once the lady that’s taking our order comes back we start saying our order and right away you can tell the lady doesn’t wanna be there she has an attitude and she sounds grumpy. After taking our order the lady asks do you want spicy or original on the Freddy meal and my mom was confused because on the menu it says Garlic Parm so she asks the lady and the lady doesn’t even answer my moms question she just says “MAM SPICY OR REGULAR” and my mom calmly says but it says on the menu and the lady once again says “MAM SPICY OR REGULAR” so my mom just tells the lady to cancel our order and we drive off. Will not be ordering at this Popeyes again.

Last night we purchased at Popeyes in bonanza, the food was old cooked, like they only reheat the chicken. Very hard and my order was 12 pcs and most of it are small dried wings. My husband ordered to church’s because we are really very disappointed with Popeyes. I called the store to complain, I spoke with their supervisor and they gave me no help whatsoever. They said to bring back the chicken, it’s impossible for us to do that since it’s late and we live far enough. The supervisor said that they can’t help me. See, I’m a disabled person and I was never treated that way. So they can keep my money, and I’m reaching out to everyone never ever go to Popeyes. They are the worst people with worse service and they have the worst children. I wish that they close and end business as they are misrepresenting that they can offer good chicken. I’m uploading my receipt to prove that this is true. NEVER BUY @ POPEYES
