I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT FOOD CHAIN.
Tell me why a 3 piece Chicken tender costs over $10.???!!
Its greasy , frozen, and the customer service needs work. The Cashier spoke to me in spanish thinking and assuming I spoke spanish ,she didnt even have a name tag on. I thought I was getting a deal through the Popeye app and I went to cancel my transaction with the Cashier and she told me they cant do that. What?!?!!? The Cashier put the manager Natalia on the phone because she wasnt even present in person. Also spoke to me in spanish. She stated she had nothing to to with the app. And didnt offer any other type of solution for an issue that clearly is Popeyes problem. The location is inside the mall, in the food court.i couldnt simply cancel.my order online or in person.i didnt even recieve my orders .I got scammed!!!! Other places have an option to cancel and in person.my overall experience sucked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT CHAIN.

I’ve already had issues with this particular Popeyes in the past and it baffles me on how a place with a 2.2 rating is still open at Galleria mall. Today especially showed the quality of this establishment. For context, TMobile had promoted a 3 tenders for $1 deal which is the only thing that would make me willingly order from this place and even then I didnt even get to have that little sliver of satisfaction. When asking the worker on how to apply this coupon she said it had to be online. Fine this isn’t the only time I’ve had to do that, but even then the app was so confusing that it didnt even put the deal?! So I instead of paying $1 I ended up paying the regular price of $10 for just chicken tenders, not even a combo. I tried to resolve this issue by canceling the order but I couldn’t even do that?! Never have I had an order not have the option to cancel an order and I can suspect that this isn’t their first time hearing this problem because it was available on the Q&A and guess what? It just says they don’t do that. This is literally a scamming tactic. So then I try and go up to the cashier and then she starts speaking Spanish? Like I know im Mexican but I only speak Spanish when I need to not when im trying to fix an issue. Ultimately, I ended up getting scammed out of $20 and didn’t even get my order???? I hope galleria takes this very unprofessional establishment out of their mall and replace it with a place eith better food and customer service.

We went to popeyes on Tuesday and attempted to order the Mardi Gra special. Not one person who works there knew what I was talking about. I showed the manager the advertisement that popeyes had sent me on my phone. The manager then called the owner who also did not know anything about it. The owner replied that it was only between 2pm and 5pm which was not true in the advertisement it said that it was available all day. We were very disappointed. They would not honor the special so we went to another location and that location knew exactly what I was talking about and honored the advertisement. I called popeyes corporate office and they apologized for the lack of knowledge from the manager and owner. They need to educate themselves because it was not cool.

Popeyes service is falling short. The ladies who work at this location seem so miserable. Online order placed at 1:25pm wasn’t ready for pickup at 2:15pm and given mad attitude for just stating my name . Idk if it was just a bad day then I checked the rating. 2.3 is pretty accurate of a rating based on my experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Popeyes location. I have eaten at this location multiple times hoping the experience will be better than the last however they always disappoint. The staff is very rude and unprofessional and give me lots of attitude as if I am inconveniencing them. (ie: asking for no pickles, or fries well done etc). I have worked in the food industry so I know how difficult it can be to deal with certain types of customers. But I am understanding and consider myself to be a kind person when ordering. Not to mention my order is ALWAYS wrong. Living nearby to this mall I visit a lot and do not have this issue with anyone else throughout the entire mall. I have given up at this Popeyes location and will make sure whoever is with me does not order from here either.
