Waited 1/2 hour in the drive through line. This is what it average’s every time. Can’t understand it. A car in front places order and still wait to place order till they have received their order

A drive thru service type restaurant should not take 30 minutes. Workers had terrible attitude and will more than likely skip this branch.

The food was fair, but the staffs attitude was awful. Treated us like we were an inconvenience and were snippy to my kids, idk if I trust the food we were given after how the employees behaved. The lobby was clean enough but I don’t know about the back. I’ll wait for the one in town to open up.

I work on base and find myself coming to Popeyes quite often, their food is always fresh and always hot. I enjoy my experience with Popeyes staff is friendly and hardworking they deserve some appreciation.

The service here is extremely slow. A single combo took over 20 minutes to make.

I have been here a few times already even during its busiest hours and feel like I can now write this review. Yes, they can be slow especially during the lunch rush, but when I get to the window and can see what’s going on, it’s obvious they are understaffed. Considering the reason the restaurant closed to begin with was due to bad management, yeah makes sense. This Popeyes has completely new staff, so everyone is getting up to speed without the number of bodies they need. I’m fine with the wait as well, I don’t need rushed food that may be wrong or cooked not to my liking. This is also why the restaurant is only open from 10:30-2:30. Not enough people. It may not be the most convenient, but again I understand why. The people are great here even with how much work that have to do. Sure it’s hard to hear them sometimes, but this is an F-16 base with F-16s flying over. It tends to be loud. If a jet flies over, just wait until it’s gone. Sometimes it’s hard to hear them because people own loud cars. Nothing against that, but if you can’t hear the speaker because of your loud car, just turn it off for a minute. If it’s someone else’s car, not sure what can be done about that besides speaking up, sadly. The speaker is also old and weathered, so that tends to be rough as well. The food itself tends to be great. The spicy chicken sandwich is different compared to most restaurants, but I’m fine with that. They use spicy mayonnaise for their spicy chicken, and personally I like it. If you don’t want mayo but want a spicy chicken sandwich, well you’re gonna have to order something else sadly. They have other spicy options for chicken. Hopefully this review helps others see as to why this Popeyes doesn’t exactly work like other Popeyes or even some of the restaurants on base with better hours. This isn’t Chick-fil-A, this is Popeyes on a military base. Written by a previous fast food employee that worked in a different state for Chick-fil-A.

The customer service was terrible. We didn’t get the amount of drinks we asked for. The “spicy” chicken legs we got for weren’t spicy and we got a leg, a breast, and two chicken strips. The lady at the speaker used no common sense and they close at 2:30 pm and that is no way to run a business. We couldn’t order a spicy chicken sandwich (only pickles) without mayonnaise because that’s what makes it spicy.
