Just left Popeyes and had to jump on here to leave a glowing review! The facility was spotless—restrooms, tables, and floors were all sparkling clean, which is rare for fast food these days. The food was straight-up delicious: crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned fries, and that signature Popeyes flavor hit the spot big time—everything came out hot and fresh.
Biggest shoutout goes to the gentleman at the register! He was so friendly, patient, and genuinely customer-oriented—walked me through the menu, made sure my order was exactly right, and even threw in a warm “enjoy your meal!”
If you’re in the area, this is the Popeyes to hit up. Will definitely be back soon!

Usually the staff is great. Usually… today was different.. rude service. I had a coupon, and lady had let me know just to drove up without asking what i’d like for my side or drink then corrected herself and ask. Drove up to the window and the employee let me know it be min and to park at the space. My drinks were wrong, so i had to go back to the window and have her correct my drink. Another employee came and brought my order but had annoyed look and attitude was noticeable. Be careful on who you hire for your business. This employee group was not so kind.

Stopped to get gas on a road trip and spotted the Popeyes. It sounded good so we stopped in. Young mand behind the counter was friendly, helpful and very polite when taking our order. Food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The order was correct. The dining room was spotless, and the women’s rest room was very clean too. It’s a bright atmospher, and I got a chuckle out of a “Be nice or leave” picture on the wall. When I came to leave the review, I was so surprised to find it only had a 3.5 rating. Well, tonight it was all 5 stars.

We havent been to a Popeyes chicken in years, we were expecting the great fried chicken that we remembered, but no.
The chicken batter was so greasy that it tasted like grease. I think they have changed their recipe. The 2 piece dinner box had a wing and a leg that were so tiny, almost Cornish game hen size! We paid almost 30 dollars for the two of us.
We are not complainers so no fuss happened, we just wont be back to that one in Gallup nm. We might try a different location, hoping for what we remembered from before.

We were looking forward to some good food .. but the tenders were hard & cold. My sandwich was GREASY & soggy the ranch didn’t taste very good. We paid $26.00 and that was a waste. Won’t be there anytime soon!!

It was our first time trying this place and the food was good. But the customer service could use some work. The staff was rude while I was ordering and when I went to the counter to ask if the combo came with a biscuit, they gave me attitude about. I didnt appreciate the service here for our first time.

Order food from the drive-thru. They were friendly and nice, I asked about mac and cheese for family meal, and they said it’ll cost extra for it. I said ok that’s fine, but when I got home, they gave me mashed potatoes instead *FYI check your orders before you leave.* I got charged extra for nothing…sucks because I stay out of town about 30 minutes. Was really looking forward to that Mac and cheese

Omgoodness we were so happy we chose to stop at Popeyes in Gallup. We’re roadtripping from Texas and had all but given up on the Popeyes at home. This one made us believers again! The food was amazing and Jennifer was an absolute treasure! Most “fast food” places you don’t get much conversation from employees. But not here! Jennifer took our order, checked on us while she cleaned the dining room! It was truly wonderful! Thanks again lady!
