Service was 5 star. Mashed potatoes didn’t taste like they usually do. They weren’t bad. They just weren’t as good as usual. Very good service. I ordered in the app. When I walked inside they addressed me by name which was a nice touch. Cashier listened to my requests for condiments. Food was hot and quick. Store and restroom were clean. Chicken was almost perfect. Could’ve used another minute frying though.

They serve pink chicken.. please check your chicken before eating!!! They also missed an item from my order, luckily i checked my order before i left. I called the store and told them about the pink chicken, let me know to come tomorrow. I came back the next day(day 2) to show manager the pink chicken and to get a refund. But the MOD let me know to come the next day (day 3 of keeping pink chicken) to let General Manager know. I told him the scenario and he questioned why i didnt get it refund the same day? i thought the same thing, why i had to hold on to 10 piece order with biscuits and sides to get my full refund. He gave me the refund but because i didnt have the drinks he didnt give the full refund. Is popeyes going under?

I picked up three chicken combos with sides and the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the staff is very nice however the chicken was terrible. It was hard and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The red beans and rice was literally watery. The only thing that tasted halfway decent was the biscuit. This store needs to learn to rotate out old unsold chicken and replace it with fresh chicken. Very disappointing because other Popeyes have always been good.

The food was ok… however the so-called manager with Red hair and crooked eyebrows was unprofessional and rude .. even though we spent $45 on a meal she would not give us condiments like the sweet heat sauce or blackened ranch unless we paid “extra” per company policy… like girl bffr it doesn’t come out of your pocket im pretty sure 2 ranch sauces wouldn’t bankrupt you… Will never go back … because of principle !!!

Waited a month after grand opening for everything to calm down. Herring about how good the chicken is and beans n rice – so drove up to order, young man at window was very nice – SO the chicken….it’s alright – need to improve on season the chicken. – beans and rice…..dry they really need to improve on rice and beans – biscuit is dry – chicken really need to improve. Strawberry lemonade is good. Give another try.

We’ve ate here a few times, the food tastes like normal Popeyes-good-which isn’t something you can assume in Gallup… But the service is on par with Gallup’s norm. Below average. Always check your order around here, it’s more common for it to be incorrect than correct. And not only did they forget the Mac n cheese side, as you can see in the picture once we got it they didn’t even fill the little container halfway ♀️
5-13-23 update: Clearly didn’t learn my lesson because we went back… Specifically ordered mashed potatoes no gravy and red bean and rice. This was repeated back to us, and yet we received mashed potatoes with gravy and Cajun fries. We asked for 2 chicken breasts in the family feast meal, there was none. We ordered a dessert it wasn’t there. This was all put incorrectly on the receipt, so whoever took the order isn’t the brightest crayon in the box.
Check your order, check it again, and anticipate walking in to get them to fix it.

LoL, Louisiana came to me. I got there right when it open, so prep time was under 8 minutes. I got me a spicy chicken sandwich. It was delicious. I’ll definitely go back again.

Nothing really big about it I think churches has bigger chicken better side items the biscuits taste like their store-bought not even spicy or mild I would rather go to KFC or churches to get my chicken very disappointing don’t see what the big fuss about it. Very overpriced over small chicken and items will not be going there again
