We live very close and yet haven’t been to this location in 2 years. On that visit the lobby doors were locked at around 4 PM so we left. Decided to give them a chance today. What a disappointment. Only two employees working. Waited at least 5 minutes and hadn’t even been able to place our order. Meanwhile there was already someone waiting and another customer had come in after us. While waiting we noticed there were hardly any menu items stocked and the chicken that was on the warming tray looked dry and several hours old. Once again, we left because there was no telling how long this would take and the food most certainly would not be hot or fresh. Where is the owner of this franchise? How do you continue to operate this way?

They’re still promoting and selling things that they don’t even carry anymore. Can’t even take the time to take things off the app store before you waste your money on things they don’t even carry. Don’t get your hopes up that they’ll carry anything you want.

8 piece chicken dinner. Got home after a 20 minute drive and chicken was way over cooked, almost petrified! Asked for spicy rice and got white. Wasted my money on this one. PRECOTT VALLEY location, check before you leave the store.

Went ahead and ordered some popeyes in the drive through and when I get home I opened my box to find 4/5 tenders are finger length. I love popeyes but I will not be returning to this location due to exactly this.
EDIT: My initial review was 1 star but after giving them another shot, I was told they have made changes with employees and management. This time around I dined in with my significant other and I told the new management my previous experience, and he made sure my food came out HOT and THICK. Never once would’ve imagined such a turn around. A++ to you popeyes for doing the consumers right by making sure you have the right staff for us in Prescott Valley. I will continue to return to this location based on the new management.

We were excited when they opened but now it’s really hit or miss with them. When ordering family meals you would think hey if they’re getting biscuits we should put the butter and honey in the bag; but now you to ask for it. Got it home and no butter no honey…just try dry sad biscuits

I love good nums from Popeye’s. This experience was mediocre, to say the least. They weren’t prepared for the dinner rush, and many people had to wait. I noticed some customers left without ordering do to the wait. We ordered the chicken sandwich combo and the 3 piece combo. The sandwich was dry, and we waited almost 20 minutes for the 3 piece chicken meal. One employee did try to accommodate while waiting and gave us a chicken breast which was a bit dry. The staff didn’t seem to be working as a team. The restaurant was clean. I probably won’t go back here for vittles again though.

Ok, not sure what to say about this. I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal from Popeyes in Prescott valley. Went through the drive through. No large drink cups, so i ordered two small cups (they said that’s all they had). Funny that’s all they had last time I drove through about a month ago.
They asked me what side I would like…I ordered the new Mac and cheese.
I drove all the way home to find this container of Mac and cheese. Now, I haven’t touched it yet or eaten any of it…this is how it came. That’s not even an Ice cream scoop size. What happened to the rest?
Is it supposed to be that empty?
Guess I won’t be ordering Mac and cheese again.
Chicken was good otherwise I’d give it one star

This place has gone way down hill fast! It’s sad because we generally like Popeyes. Took awhile to get someone to take out order. After waiting awhile to get the food we quickly realized they didn’t get the sandwich right. Ordered a spicy blackened sandwich and it was a spicy blackened chicken sandwich but had cheese and bacon on it as well as an extra surprise. The other meal the side of mashed potatoes was really small. On the bright side we ordered a 3 piece tenders and they gave us 5 (unfortunately they were all cold…)

This store has gone down hill so bad. People waiting for their food for so long are literally walking out without getting a refund. There was hair in one lady’s chicken sandwich. A cook vaping in the cooking area. No one walks the dinning area to clean up left over trash. The green hair girl lied to her “boss” about the guy who walked out and didn’t ask for a refund. “Cussed me out and was saying nasty things”. Sorry I had to tell the truth, I don’t blame the guy really. The two ladies who are now at the Prescott location made this store what it used to be. Now slobs fill this place. The owners and management really need to help fix this store.
