I saw this right by the front door, and by the black marks on the bricks you can tell they’re putting their cigarettes out right by the front door which is not only disgusting but in the state of Arizona illegal when I pointed this out to the manager she just rolled her eyes at me and walked away did not care. If this is how their curb appeal looks and the fact that management doesn’t care it makes me wonder how clean that kitchen is and if they’re following all of the other food safety laws that they should be?

I had the best crispy chicken sandwich ever! It was delicious fresh and hot. French fries were delicious too. Went back to the counter and ordered two chicken wraps. Also fricken chicken was great pickin.

I come to this location with my family maybe once every month or two and always get great, hot food with polite and efficient service. The current manager, at least I think she’s the store manager because she is the single constant employee we see, is always pleasant and speedy and looking to make sure quality food is received by her customers. I have nothing but good things to say about both the food and the people, particularly when it looks like they run evening shifts on the lightest staff I’ve ever seen. The restaurant is in good shape and they never appear stressed even when they are hustling on a shift with 2 people. Thank you for being a light in the dark world of what fast food has become – smaller sizes despite far more expensive prices, hot food served lukewarm, and dirty restaurants. At least this has been my experience for the last few years pretty much most every other place we’ve been. So thank you, and keep up the great work team!

By far the worst fast food I’ve ever had. Tenders were puny in size and taste. Asked for mashed potatoes and got rice and beans. Food was cold, biscuit was undercooked in center.

How does a fast food chicken restaurant NOT have any chicken ready to go? Place wasn’t busy. Cashier got the order wrong, and it took them 37 minutes to produce 16 pieces of chicken. And they bagged it to go to add insult to injury. D-.

Some of the worst food I have paid money for. Half of the chicken tenders were only day-old breading. The sides of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were soup consistency, and smelled bad enough I didn’t even try them. A one star rating is too high.

The food arrived barely warm, which was disappointing. And the biscuit was hard, like it had been sitting out for hours. To top it off, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty.
The lobby looked mostly clean, but there weren’t many customers around to make it dirty. It didn’t seem like there were enough staff working. The last time I was here, I waited thirty minutes for a single meal. I’m not impressed with this place compared to other facilities I’ve been to.

Not sure why the staff parks right in front of the doors everyday making customers park farther away?
Seems like they fill the order with whatever is available vs. spicy / regular specific.
