I dined in at Popeyes in Green Valley and had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just how Popeyes is supposed to be, and the biscuits were soft and buttery.
Service was quick, and the employees were polite and helpful, which always makes a difference. Dining in was comfortable and not chaotic like some fast-food spots can be.
Overall, this Popeyes location is doing it right. If you’re craving good fried chicken with great flavor and decent service, this spot is worth stopping by. I’ll definitely be back.

Just ordered 6 boneless wings and it took a total of 25 minutes. One person in front of me at the drive-thru had already been sitting there at least 15 minutes before I pulled up. My order took another 10 minutes after he had to pull into another spot and continue to wait in his order. Once I finally got my complicated 6 wings order, I took a bite and it tasted spoiled. I could hear the staff talking about my order through the window like they never knew the order even existed. Disgusting food and horrible service when there was only 1 car in the parking lot and 2 cars in the drive thru. Don’t waste your time or money.

Don’t go it’s really bad here since reopening. Placed order in lobby for take out- order was incorrect (got 3 instead of 5pc) called and we could have easily taken care of this on phone . Instead I was told I needed to bring back my chicken as proof plus receipt to get the two extra pcs I paid for. (Please understand what he asking- bring back food , so I can bring it back home again? – I will have to ask health dept about that policy) I replied I’ll take a total refund I am on my way. Brought back entire order then edwardo started right away verbally attacking me – senior guy not impressed, had to ask for manager multiple times for me to get my full refund – I had the food and receipt. Eventually the mgr Laura did come and give me refund- very distressing to have young hourly employees arguing with me for no reason I just wanted my money back. As I was leaving Laura did ask if she could remake my meal, make it right- but way to late for that offer. Asked for district mgr number to complain about the hourly workers- she said not happening he self demoted. This place is a mess.. feel bad writing this I used too love Popeyes started as a customer in mid 80’s in Chicago

My husband went to the Popeyes drive-thru and ordered a family meal of original chicken at 8 p.m. on a Monday night. The gal didn’t even welcome him—no customer service at all. She seemed tired and uninterested.
When he got home, the chicken was spicy, raw, and looked old, like it had been sitting out all day. The biscuits were soaked, stale, and had an overwhelming butter taste. The macaroni and cheese was dry, and we were given the scrapings from the bottom of the bowl—a big chunk of dry cheese. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs.
When handing him the order, the gal gave a guilty look, almost like it was done on purpose. Come on, people, be better to one another. I bet you wouldn’t feed this to your own family, so why give it to us?

Everytime I go to this restaurant the employees are rude, never get the orders right and pretty much not trained properly. There’s a lot of kids who work there and it seems to be that whoever is managing this place doesn’t know how to. They need to train their employees better because whatever they’re doing isn’t work right. I’m always missing food and when I try to get my missing items it’s such an inconvenience for them to do their job. This has happened multiple times btw

Might be the worst fast food spot I’ve ever regulared. Missing food, handful of fries when you order the largest size, tiny pieces of chicken that they count as a full piece. I don’t think I’ve gotten one good meal from this spot.

PASS! I have not had one good experience at this location every time I muster the courage to try. Today I stopped to try the fnaf meal (with low expectations to be fair) and it was absolutely vile. The cheese bites looked like they had already been chewed and thrown up, and the chicken was absolutely vile. They also refused to give out ice which goes well with the snotty employees taking your order at the ONE open drive through lane (if you can hear them) save your money and try your luck at KFC. I understand working fast food is tough, but maybe change careers at this point. The older lady who drove through the building recently was honestly doing people a service ♀️

This place is corrupt they canceled my order and kept my money!!! They DO NOT/WILL NOT answer the phone.. they canceled my delivery order last night that I ordered around 10pm… they told my door dash driver they canceled my order and that they were closing early.. the employees of Popeyes refused to answer the phone just past 11pm and canceled the order as “picked up by customer”… which I never picked up my order…. it is now the second day and I still cannot get ahold of anyone at the Popeyes in Green Vally.. currently on phone with police because they literally stole my money!! Thinking I need to charge interest for everyday the refuse to give me back my money, and file a claim with the local courts.

This place is the nastiest fast food place I have been in. The bathrooms smell like sewer. The windows are dirty floor is filthy . Needs sweeping and mopping . Tables need to be clean. After the smells and seeing how dirty the place is I turned around and walked out. The food is not enough for the price dry chicken dry rice and just not appetizing at all. The owner should close it down and start all over.

I don’t understand what the two men mangers do honestly. We walk in order food the younger guy at the register had excellent customer service, went to the women’s bathroom no running water in sink had to turn the water valves from under the sink it seems like they need to get it fixed cause the water kept running. The floors were so gross and the windows were nasty and every table had been dirty. Yet this old white women came in and demand to ask to taste her fries . No managers came up to help assist. The women was demanding. The girl who did the fry station used the same gloves to grab the boom to clean the floors yet you have these managers walking around not doing jack. I really hope they get better management.
