Made an online order about 245 pm. Im still here at 333 pm. And these 2 women at the front have unnecessary attitudes. They refuse to tell me how much longer I gotta stand here. Both saying they cannot help the new guy in the back making chicken… just noticed their is another woman that was hiding in the back helping this customer who is complaining the food is hard and cold.

Visited twice in 30 days and loved this place. Very clean, friendly professional order taker & Fresh foods. Love yhe spicy chicken sandwich, regular &spicy chicken wings, breast, drumstick& butterfly shrimp. Yummy the biscuits are always fresh out of the oven when I go. Love the mango strawberry lemonade little extra to mix flavors. My servers were amazing Alicia & Desirea, and on 2nd visit in June, Ms. Autumn was wonderful. Food is constantly cold and the fries are as hard as rocks because they refry them god knows how many times. I was super pleased the order was made fresh, and I came back to pick up from my 11 grandkids, this POPEYES/, the workers work real hard, have some respect they work to do the best that they can, management the worker that helped me. Service there was awful, mainly due to the stress of chaotic customers coming in and out. I felt terrible listening to what the front ladies had to deal with, as far as the customers coming in to order. Although I just come in to pick up a mobile order, as I was running errands. Waited 10 minutes in the lobby to let them get through the chaos. Then asked about my order shortly after, at this point it had been 25 minutes from when I placed it, and it was not even started yet. Not only that but it was missing items as well, I am sorry the workplace quality here is so low, as it shows in the service as well. I’m very patient so I just said please and thank you, but having better training might help this situation in the future as well.
