Stopped by on a planned trip to KFC. Lol! There drive thru line was too long, so I opted for Popeyes. I’m glad I did. The service was quick, chicken was fresh, and attendants were conscientious and kind. There were police officers in line before me and they made sure that they received a discount, plus an option of tap or bottled water. I thought that was sweet.

Just today, I went to Popeyes, and when I got my order, it wasn’t complete. I understand it’s late but come on now, I paying for food I order and I didn’t get certain items. The line was backed up, the manager was talking to the employees instead of helping and speeding up the orders. The sweet tea wasn’t good. Please get it together

First off, the food is great, but I’m sure it’s great at each location in the franchise as they streamline their products. Served hot, mostly fresh. Staff is hit or miss. Most are friendly, knowledgeable & quick to put your order together. Some are just young & haven’t mastered the art of customer service yet, so I try to be patient with them as they are learning. This location seems to be out of something each time I’m there, but are quick to make up for it with substitutions. Overall, a great place to get a taste of Cajun Flavored food!

My husband and I were trying to order the new blackened chicken sandwich and the Manager took our drive through order. She was so rude! We did not get the blackened but instead we received the original crispy chicken! This is not the first time we received sub standard service. We ordered dinner and the food on that night was extremely dry!

Customer service is horrible and drive-through. I had no one in front of me. I asked hello to place my order multiple times just to have the rep come on Assted will take your order when we can even though the store was closed inside and no one was in front of me in the drive-through. When I actually got to place my order. I asked for a drink and every time I said an order they said they didn’t have it and then when I asked, can you tell me what you do have he stated everything else. Customer service here was horrible. On 8/9/2013 the drive thru reps name is Gilbert per his name tag. Needs to rethink if he wants to deal with customers. Other than that the food was amazing.

The drive thru lady had a major attitude. I tried to order a 3 piece snack and she told me they don’t sell a 3 piece snack. I told her I just bought one the day prior and she got upset and went to ask the manager. He must’ve told her that the sell them because she as upset when she came back to take my order and then had the nerve to stare me down when I got to the window. I could’ve ruined her night but I decided to brush it off. The chicken was dry from sitting so long which ruined the meal.
