Well they didn’t have either of the items I wanted. That are still being advertised. (Bummer) they put mayo on my coworkers sandwich when he specifically asked not to! Their drink machine8 somehow was out of like 8 drinks! They ignored the man when he took his sandwich. Part of a ($15.00) combo. Food was tasty though. The fries were excellent the mashed potatoes were great and their honey mustard too. Biscuits were OK and I love their Cajun sparkle. I’d recommend if you have the extra cash

It’s almost comical how much mayonnaise they put on the sandwich. You would’ve thought that I asked for extra extra mayo. The pictures don’t do it justice. There was so much left inside the bag. They literally put it on both sides of the sandwich. I’m not sure if they misunderstood the extra pickles for extra mayo, but something definitely went wrong. Even after picking the pickles off, there was still more mayo underneath them. Even as I upload the pictures, Google thinks I’m submitting a picture of biscuits and gravy.

My husband & I both ordered the fish sandwich with mac & cheese as our side. We went to dig into our mac & cheese & it was cold. We asked them to microwave it to heat it up explaining it was cold. We got it back just as cold as it was when we gave it to them. We decided to just eat our fish sandwiches only to discover we received a piece of chicken on our fish sandwich. Never had chicken & tarter sauce before, don’t recommend. If they couldn’t operate a microwave to heat up mac & cheese and couldn’t tell the difference between fish & chicken we thought it best to just cut our losses and leave

Honestly I worked in a Popeye’s and this is the best customer service I’ve had at any Popeyes, Juan was amazing. My husband and I came in late at night it was like 10:00 they made our food fresh for us. They were busy and they still went out of their way for us. I could definitely recommend this Popeye’s.

My family excitedly stopped by on our road trip to enjoy a taste of home and a usually friendly experience; however, it resulted in a very mediocre experience. Two of four orders were missing main entree’s and we received attitude from staff when we brought their attention to it, as they claimed to have given us the missing portions, even when we offered to show them the food we had received. Staff (two ladies in particular) were also observed to stare at our table after we finally received our missing food and subsequently every time we went for refills–making us very uncomfortable. When we sat, we noticed that the dining room was dirty with trash on the tables and floor, even with an empty dining room. One staff member seemed preoccupied with her phone during our visit. While one bathroom stall was out of toilet paper the bathrooms were, for the most part, pretty clean.

Was helping my mom with a few chores, and she handed me a Popeye’s coupon—score! Grabbed the 2 Can Dine for $9.99 chicken tender deal. The tenders were hot, fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. Great value and perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. Can’t beat that deal!

I been coming here off and on for 2 years and I must say the bone in chicken is getting worse every time. The chicken is over cooked, dry and bones are really dark. I called to let them know that my chicken wasn’t fresh and they never answer the phone. What a waste of my money

I go here 3 to 4 times a week. I can’t eat breaded chicken so I order the blackened strips. A new girl that I have never seen there before named Maria took my order. She was having a hard time with it, so Estella was trying to help her while she was taking an order from a drive-through customer. Long story short, they gave me the breaded strips and I went back to work. When I got to my office, I see they were the wrong ones so I couldn’t eat them. I took them back around an hour and a half later to exchange them for the right ones, and Estella says she could not because my receipt said they were the breaded strips. I asked her to ask Maria if I ordered the blackened strait and Maria said no which is a total lie. All I wanted them to do was make the right strips and I’d be on my way but Estella refused and she refused to give me the corporate office number. I paid almost $19 for this food and didn’t get to eat it. Shame on you.

Sadly, this restaurant has gone downhill. Starting with the guy taking our order. We ordered two 3-Piece chicken dinners, both with mashed potatoes and gravy. What we got was two orders of Combo #3 (bacon and cheese chicken sandwich). When the guy presented them to me and I said that’s not what I ordered, he doubled-down and argued that I ordered two number 3s. I told him that, no, I ordered two 3-Piece chicken dinners, and I had not ordered by number. While the guy wanted to argue with me, someone else intervened and quickly got us the food that we actually ordered. In hindsight, after looking at the menu, I should have received some money back as well since the #3 combo costs more than what we ordered. The food was hot and fresh, but the chicken pieces were very small. The two drink dispensers in the lobby were both out of most varieties of soda, and there were no napkins, straws, condiments or sporks available except from behind the service counter.
