This is the second time I get Popeyes, and from this location on Power.
I got the 12 piece chicken tender piece for my family of 4 through the drive-thru, never thinking of checking my order before driving away.
Got home, opened up the box, only to be disappointed. The strips looked DRY, and OLD. They had more breading than chicken, tasted like day-old strips , they were hard to chew, and the texture was TOUGH, also, they were PAPER THIN strips!! I feel like they served me old chicken strips that sat under a warmer all day. I also asked for half spicy, and I did not receive one single spicy tender. The Mac & cheese tastes like Kraft Mac n cheese.
Definitely NOT worth 40-something dollars.
Never giving Popeyes my money anymore.

Im giving one less star because when I bought the family bucket, when I got home and served it to my family, the chicken taste and look as though they recycled it. Like its not fresh. Its taste old. But the service was good, the guy in the counter is very personable and kind so it makes up for the chicken

This place deserves less than one star. My order was to go, the chicken strips were all dry, they looked and tasted like they were from the day before, the texture was like rubber band, really disgusting. The potatoes were horrible, the chicken was dry, the macaroni, the bread all tasted bad. this place is one of those that you waste the money is awful, second time here and nothing changes, this is no food is garbage.

Fast food is an oxymoron here. Only one person taking orders, filling orders and helping cook fries. Ordered spicy chicken tenders; they were cold and not spicy. I’ve had beef broth thicker than the gravy on the mashed potatoes. Red beans and rice were actually pinto beans and rice which is ok with me. I won’t be back.

The person at the counter didn’t greet customers as they walked in and never said, “I’ll be right with you!” I stood in front of the register for about 5 minutes then he came to take my order. Then he never said anything about substituting wings with other parts of the chicken as they ran out. He’s not very friendly and also never ask if I prefer spicy or classic chicken.
All these retail employees needs to stopped and realize dealing with customers can be challenging at times however, that’s the job they chose. Therefore either do the job or go find something else to do that makes them happy.
Popeyes chicken is one of my favorite restaurants and I will be going for more chicken and will deal with these individuals accordingly!

We hadn’t had fried chicken in awhile. We decided to have Popeyes and was very unhappy with the food. We ordered the 9 pc chicken regular along with one side and biscuits. The chicken was as if all the meat was taken off the bone and possibly made into tenders and what received was the leftover bones. No meat. The biscuits were hard, maybe from the day before. I’d say the best part was the mashed potatoes and gravy but they were so processed.

The past 3 times I’ve gotten their Spicy Chicken Sandwich has been terrible. Very little sauce and the chicken breading isn’t even fully cooked! About 80% of the chicken batter was still raw. Fries were just thrown at the bottom of the bag. Hope they can start doing better.

Whenever we go its usually always quick service like they have our food ready when were barely getting out drinks, sometimes fresh and sometimes old, service is always good. The store on the other hand is alwayssss and i mean always dirty, tables are never clean, theres always trash on the floor, just overall dirty. Had a bad experience here twice now. They or them at the counter aren’t friendly. No greeting or anything, just on their phone. First encounter had really bad stomach pains from the food. They wouldn’t honor an app deal, even though it said their location was included. They asked me to cancel and re-order… customer service is just non existent here, even though they don’t have customers. The owner of this location should really address their employees. Second time I’ve gone here, to give them another chance, they or them again, don’t have any customer service at all. Please just don’t order at this location and. There’s a reason when you come to this location and see 1 or zero customers. Stay clear
