I ordered on the app for pickup and when I arrived 15 minutes later it seems they had barely even started making it. I used their bathroom and still had to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready, despite there being no one else in the lobby and only 2 cars in the drive thru. Girl working the counter seemed nice though.
I got the buffalo rub boneless wings only bc I had a promo code through T-Mobile to get a free 6 pc wing with purchase. They were hardly seasoned, and not cooked well. 3 of the 6 wings were so rubbery I couldn’t even eat them. Wasn’t even really a fan of the taste of the buffalo either. I would much prefer buffalo sauce to a dry rub, but maybe it’s enjoyable to some. Biscuit was ok, just crispier than usual. Cranberry apple frozen lemonade was good, but couldn’t really even taste the apple or cranberry. Overall, not worth it, even having gotten the wings for free.

Main takeaways were: food was fast but not fresh, lobby wasn’t busy but it was dirty, and the chicken was thin.
When I ordered they did give me a free large drink upgrade, the food was ready by the time I filled my drink up, but When selecting a seat I noticed that all the tables were dirty, and during my entire visit, I did not see one person cleaning the tables. The chicken still taste the same but the strips that I got were very thin and dry. And the mashed potatoes were too soggy compared to normal. Overall, it’s an option for chicken, but when you have options like Chick-fil-a, super chix, slims chickens, and kfc nearby, you’ve gotta start caring a little more about these things.

Sides were very small portions. The chicken tasted funny and taste, like old grease and very small pieces of chicken and very little meat on them.
It was clean on there and lady. And the lady in the counter was nice. But I won’t go back. If that’s the food. That you’re gonna give ethos prices.

Worst meal ever, not sure what happened with the food but it was nasty, I only drank my soda and threw the whole meal away. I never smelled anything like this, it smelled like feet and doo doo Popeyes do better.

I came through your drive up Wednesday the 25th and ordered 2 of your fish sandwiches and a small order of fries. I repeated the order 3 times. When I got home we had gotten 2 chicken sandwiches. I tried numerous times to call and nobody would answer the phone! This was really frustrating. I will not be coming back! Any business that doesn’t answer the phone after 3 days is not very service oriented .

When it is fresh, it is amazing. However more times than not the food is old and isn’t that great. Their drink options are also limited, and the service is usually nothing special. The one thing that has always been good everytime i have gone here is the potatoes and gravy. If you are going to visit, I would only recommend trying it on busy days, when you have a better chance of getting something you want to put in your mouth.

I was hoping for something flavorful and delicious. This is not that.
The fries had a rubbery texture as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. I felt like the chicken was surprisingly bland, and the breast meat was dry and a chore to get through.
The cinnamon apple pie was pretty good though.
Overall, there are much better chicken options in this price range. I will not be visiting again and I do not recommend.

Absolutely awful experience. Every single item we ordered was cold — chicken, fries, mac and cheese, all of it. Not “lukewarm,” not “sat for a minute” cold — cold like it had been sitting there for days. To make it worse, food was missing from our order, which just shows how little care went into it.
The biscuits were an absolute joke — rock hard, borderline inedible. And the most frustrating part? There were no lines and they weren’t busy at all. There’s literally no excuse for serving food that tasted like it had been abandoned under a heat lamp for two days and then handed to us anyway.
This wasn’t a small mistake — it was a complete failure from start to finish. Zero attention to quality, zero pride in what they serve. Terrible experience, and I will never go back to this Popeyes again

Very cold place, it was freezing in there. Friday December 13 2024. Not to busy at 7pm.
Had a combo burger menu 3. It was not that good. I like their coleslaw and their fries were ok. Disappointed in the flavor. No toilet paper in men’s bathroom and cold water washing hands (the cold water is alright and understandable) with getting water almost everywhere.
One of the best things from tonight was that one crew member/worker came out with the food to us 🙂
Doubt we would go again.
