The server was incredibly hard to hear and was annoyed that I asked them to repeat what they were saying. We have been there many times before and the food has been good but this time we got 2 meals a side of fries with one of the meals and a side of Mac and cheese which was a few dollars each. There was like enough fries for a small child and the chicken was also tiny, like I though one of the pieces was fried skin. I also asked for some bbq sauce and ranch and there being 2 meals I assumed they would throw in 2 of each but nope they gave us one ranch and one bbq. Needless to say we will probably not be returning. Here are photos of the food as proof

Did an online pick up order tonight and both the employees and the manager acted as if they had no idea how to run things. They were out of alot of things we ordered, gave wrong sauces, forgot our fries, the coleslaw was completely rotten and smelled horrible, the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks, and every shrimp that i had in my box was burnt and not cleaned properly. It was a slow night and we were the only ones there when we went to pick up our order, if it was a busier night i might be able to overlook some things but there was no excuse tonight. Out of all the things we bought the only edible thing was our drinks and mashed potatoes. Pretty pathetic! Super unhappy and will not be going back.

Ordered at the window. Had to tell them my order 3 times (2-#1 large fries and LG coke, a spicy chicken and medium dr. Pepper) fairly simple, I thought. Got to the window and went to get my drinks that were placed in a carrier, they spilled all over me as they tipped over in the carrier and into my car, one was still spilling in and I had to ask him to please grab the drink! Not apologetic at all. I asked for napkins as my car door was a mess now as well as myself. It took a bit to get it to me. Then he gave me my food and I left. There was no apology. No nothing. I was very disappointed here. I will go to a different location before I ever go here again. I paid $44 to deal with this. Never again.

I think their heating lamp is broken. My meal was cold when I got it, and when I asked for the tenders to be reheated or replaced I got an even colder meal. Staff was weird about it, but I’m not paying 10$ to eat cold chicken.

We enjoy popeyes food, but won’t go to this location again because of the service, or lack thereof. Whether you order online, in- store or drive-through the service at this location is horrible. We’ve been here 6 times since they opened and they have never once got the order correct. Every time we’ve been through the drive through they want you to pull to the front to wait for food and they never bring it out. You have to go in and get it yourself. I asked to speak to a manager the last time and a young girl comes up and gave me snarky responses when asked why we’ve had to wait 30 minutes, then says smiles and says” we’ll get you your food” and walks away. In the mean time the rest of our food sat in a bag and got cold. Apparently it takes over 30 minutes to cook 1 classic chicken sandwich. Bummer to finally get a good chain restaurant but drives people away with the bad service! “Love that chicken from popeyes” same tune ” hate the service at popeyes.”

I don’t usually leave a bad review but they kinda deserve one. Saturday the 22nd at around noon whom ever the young man at the counter was terrible. Waited about 40 minutes for our food while the drive up window was moving quickly. Said he was waiting on the biscuits which were in the tray waiting to be put on our tray. My wife told him they were there and he had no clue. Food was cold by the time our rock hard biscuits were given. Another employee came out from behind the counter to just talk to a buddy while the customers waited to be helped. Not very impressed.
