Last night, I ordered the 10-piece signature chicken using a coupon, along with two large sides and biscuits. Unfortunately, they gave me chicken tenders instead, and they were really hard! I specifically requested two servings of rice and beans because that’s my favorite, instead of mashed potatoes, but they gave me spoiled rice and beans. I had three spoons of rice and beans before I realized something was wrong with the food! It gave me diarrhea. I tried calling them to resolve the issues, but their customer service was very unprofessional. They kept leaving me on hold, and I could hear their surroundings instead of being able to speak to anyone.

i honestly can not believe how mean what looked to be the manager was.. i ordered online and had a pick up order . i also ordered a drink when I got there and asked for some ketchup
The girl VERY RUDELY said , he is helping you(the guy that took my drink order) I was on break at work and literally just needed some ketchup , so I asked the girl again and she ignored me.
She also told me too move farther off to the side while she got orders out
I still hadn’t seen ‘the guy that was helping me’ so I asked her again for some ketchup, for her to just be straight up sooo rude again. I cant even believe she has a job with how rude she was being. It blew my mind. Finally when I seen the dude and asked for ketchup he reached right there and grabbed some. He was really nice , but the girl , holy cow I have never had an experience with someone in customer service being this awful. If I ever go there again, I will make sure I do not have too deal with that lady

I just consumed the best biscuit I’ve ever had in my life. The blackened tenders were also excellent, but the biscuit was a thing of beauty. It isn’t often that a food item requires one take a picture of it, but this one did. Phenomenal!
Additional note: I just watched an employee run down a customer who prematurely took off from the drive thru without their sauces. He caught them outside of the parking lot. That is impressive initiative and dedication to a great customer experience!

Clean restaurant for the most part aside from the drink area and the staff is friendly although there is one that likes to correct my co workers and i on menu items as if they’re named differently. Not a big deal. The issue I’ve had here is forgotten food items, not asking for different options so some things get missed. Again nice people just don’t always get the orders right. Make sure to check your bag in case they forgot something. I’ll keep coming back as i enjoy their food. It’s worth my while.

First off, the service here at this location(West Valley, Utah) is one of the WORST. The guy who works at night, needs proper training on how to serve people with kindness. He is the first person to pull up too, & he was not friendly, not even a hello. I didn’t finished giving my first order and the question that was asked before I finished “IS THAT ALL?” Repeatedly. Who wants to continue to eat here at this location, if this is the kind of service you’re receiving especially when you’re hungry and you made the choice to pull up to Popeyes, you pulled up to the monitor and this guy is unprofessional. Waited there 25-30 minutes for our food and it was still cold and the order was also incorrect. Where are the Mexican ladies? They were kind.

Resturant was very clean. My only experience. Chicken looked as if cooked the day before and served. Bisquits tasted funny and very pale in colour. Mashed potatos with a table spoon of gravy. Won’t go back to this establishment. I have never incountered this quality of food at a popeyes. I have been to many across the USA.

I have gone here twice recently. Both times they were “out of” items on the menu, and the lady with glasses, possibly manager, was rude. I attempted to order the $5 faves and she said that wasn’t a thing. It literally has it’s own digital board in the drive-thru. She argued with me about it, and her first language isn’t English which made this even more difficult.

This was my first time eating here. We did drive through, spoke clearly and our order was wrong. Chicken was barely warm and they gave us cold Mac and Cheese instead of mashed potatoes. Not impressed!

On Tuesday early afternoon the tenders were way over cooked and hard, I wouldn’t say old just burnt, possibly old oil in fryers. I couldn’t even eat them when I got home. Not worth the time to go back.
I should have listen to all the one star reviews. This location is slated to go down hill with the under performance in food quality quick. It’s insane to see how food quality is different from location to location.
