I swear this is THE BEST Popeyes in Utah. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and never any raw spots. Sides are never stale/taste like they have been sitting in the warmer. Staff is always smiling and so kind! Debbie is always so joyful and fun to talk with and seems to remember me when I come through!

The worst employees I’ve ever seen. The asain lady was ridiculous. Shouldn’t even be allowed to work near people. She’s yelling and freaking out at the customers for no reason. It’s a disgrace to our base. Asked to speak to her manger and she said too bad. Do not come here. This Popeyes should get blacklisted. And she should be fired asap.

I’ve been to this location countless times since moving to Hill a few years ago and I have always had a very positive experience. While the food itself hasn’t always been 100% perfect, the staff absolutely has. The people working at this location are the reason why I will continue to be a customer until it’s time to move on from Hill.

Great food. But very annoying that I waited in the drive through line only to find out that I can’t pay with my credit card in the drive through. Then had to go inside and wait in another line to order my food. Is it really that hard to post something at the beginning of the drive through so as not to waste the time of customers?

I was worried about going here after hours since most people have left the area and the location is not near the other base dining choices. I ordered a large order, 2 family size meals and only had to wait about 10 min from placing my order. And the food was hot and fresh, especially the biscuits.

Stood in line for almost 30 minutes to get in on the chicken sandwich. Was it worth it??? Yes it was!! I got the spicy chicken sandwich. It did not disappoint!

Terrible experience. Mix up with my order had staff getting visibly irritated. The sandwich was straight grease with every bite I really had to search for the chicken. We haven’t been here in a while and I now remember why.

I wish I knew her name, but the INCREDIBLE manager (the super-woman with the British accent) is AMAZING! She keeps her crew running and makes sure everything comes out fresh. I’ve tried numerous other Popeye’s locally and nationally and this place has by far the best and freshest tasting everything! Thank you! I’m not sure if Popeye’s upper upper management sees these reviews but you need to do everything possible to reward and keep this amazing lady!
