Batiaus and Jordan were awesome! The place was clean because I saw Mike cleaning away. I ordered the ghost pepper, chicken, wings and mashed potatoes. OK, I was thinking to eat the biscuit, but it was delicious and her those pepper wings had a lot of breading not too much meat, but they were pretty good.

I’ve eaten at many Popeyes, but this store is by far the worst of all. The biscuits taste and smelt bad like feet or something. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in cheap oil or bad cooking oil. No flavor what so ever. I’m very disappointed in this place. The manager was always on his phone. Everyone who was buying food waited 20 minutes or more to have food cooked.

Worse service I’ve ever experienced. After placing my order I waited 30 minutes and then was informed they still needed to cook thighs and legs so it would be another 10 minutes. Some of the workers looked totally confused on getting orders out and the manager needs to be retrained. I was refunded and will never return.

Bad service asked if they had popcorn chicken they said yes gave us shrimp when we went back they said they don’t have popcorn chicken asked if we could just trade it out manager said fine but was not happy the chicken is slimy on the inside the forgot my sauce that I asked for the Mac and cheese is unappetizing worst Popeyes I’ve been to there only saving grace is that there new and hopefully overtime will get better.

This must be the slowest fast food restaurant in the Southwest. Evidently, there is virtually no staff or management here. I’ve been in more than one location of Popeye’s. Never seen one quite like this before.

Waited 15 minutes in drive through before anyone came on to say please wait someone will be with you. Waited another 5 minutes finally took our order, told to pull to first window no one is there. I again wait no one comes I can see people at second window I pull to it the lady tells me my total. I hand her money and tell her I’m not happy with service and ask what’s going on she tells me we ate short staffed I say okay why wasn’t I told this from the beginning. The lady waiting on me says I told you to wait and we would be with you I say yes but you didn’t give me a reason. This other woman who has been standing there the whole time doing nothing says just give her back her money and void it. I at no time said a cuss word or even raised my voice. I even sa8d hey I’m not yelling or anything i.just wanted a reason she says I heard her tell you to wait and we are not serving you. The first lady hands me back my money. I have never been treated so badly before and will not go back.

This Popeyes started off strong with fast and courteous service and great food. While the food is still good, the service has greatly slowed, making this slow food rather than fast food. For someone on a scheduled diet, this makes service here incompatible with my needs. Example: sitting for half an hour in a drive through. I am not talking about a small inconvenience at that point. It is just plain wrong.

Went here for chicken nuggets and pies. Dealous food, but wait time a bit ridiculous. I decided to do a walk inside the restaurant and find it a bit dirty to my surprise, considering they just opened a few months ago. The manager was swamped, so they didn’t have their best foot forward but more frustrated at the orders at hand and took their anger at the customers. A few customers ahead of me waited 45 minutes and told me to get your phone out and watch some Netflix while you wait. After 1 hour and 35 minutes, they were able to get my nuggets out with fustrattion, i didn’t care to look into my bag and headed back to Utah. And to my surprise, my order was completely wrong and not what I ordered. Besides not getting my nuggets and pies, I was given mash potatoes and biscuits. Called back same day and they can’t find my order or anything similar to what I ordered as I told them I had a receipt and they told me they were closing wasn’t able to do anything at the time. Popeyes’ food is great. This location just needs a better management team and food speed.

Been there twice using the drive thru and I watched multiple customers, including myself, not be able to place orders at the second kiosk. Apparently the employees can’t figure out there are two of them. I’m originally from the south, this one is the worst. Sorry guys, ya need to do better.
