I hope you like hair… with the exceptions of today April 9th 2023 everybody has a hat/beanie except this person pictured in photo.. nobody here in my experiences normally wears a hat, hair net or something to keep the hair out of food, fryers and served dishes. Best of luck! Been here at least 10x and it’s my number 1 complaint hands down other than the non existence of gloves while handling food, the slowest possible service in order completion to customers and terrible customer service experiences for most. Don’t get me started on thier rush hours..

Somehow the only thing they got right about our order is that I had chicken tenders. Everything else was completely wrong and they didn’t mark it correctly on the receipt so there’s really nothing we can do. Not to mention that it doesn’t look like they’ve cleaned off the tables in weeks, there was honey all over the Louisiana hot sauce packets, and the fries are cold.

Third time going to this location and will never go back. The last two times we have dealt with a girl that is running the drive through and says you can’t pull forward to the window until they tell you to. Makes you question what they are doing with your food. She is completely unprofessional and they don’t get your order correct or are out of everything. Popeyes needs to get an entire new staff for this location and train their employees on professionalism.

Bought chicken tenders with my sister-in-law and her husband. Just grabbed a quick bite to eat and dined in. Their kid was with and they had a child seat on site. Visiting Family in Denver, I’d recommend it to people coming from the airport for a quick meal after a flight.

The young man who took our order needs supervision. He played with his phone, and was flirting with a coworker, instead of answering our questions. We were his only customers. Told us he wouldn’t order ghost pepper wings, they didn’t have sauce. We liked them as is.

We ordered two piece chicken snack meal and one blackened chicken sandwich at prairie center. Told us they didn’t have regular one and not spicy sandwich either because if no sauce. There was nothing on sandwich but chicken. The two piece chicken came with a biscuit and no butter etc. chicken was total crust and little meat. The biscuit was hard and had a terrible soured taste which was inedible. Popeyes really let us down. Won’t be eating there again.

Impressed this place is still open. The first time I gave them a chance, they were out of sides, out of regular chicken, and the soda machine didn’t work. I literally asked the guy what did they have, and he said spicy chicken. Got the spicy chicken. Was dry and inedible. It’s amazing I can say I tried 100% of their available menu in one sitting lol

To the owner of this franchise, I hope you can sleep at night knowing what horrible people you hired to work for you at this location. I order here and get horrible service, then wait a while and go back and same song different dance. First thing is whoever this flamboyant feminine male or masculine female you hired to work there is a poor excuse of what it wants to identify itself to be but it needs some lessons on how to treat people. To have an attitude because YOU MESSED UP AND DIDNT give me all my items that I PAID FOR and then it wants to glare at me as if I’m scared of the thing. I have never had not one good experience at this place. I and I won’t ever again because I’d rather give the next disgusting restaurant my money than see that thing handle my food. Shame on you Popeyes.

Pulled up to drive thru before 9pm when they close at 10pm. They told me I couldn’t get blackened chicken because it was too late in the evening for them to cook them. So I ordered spicy tenders instead. Pulled up and got my food and was told they were already cleaning the fryers so they could go home and that was why they couldn’t make the blackened tenders. Everything I ordered ended up being cold since they apparently didn’t want to cook anything fresh. So now I have rock hard tenders and fries for both of my meals. I called in to voice my complaint with the night manager Jasmin and was told that I could either send in a complaint or just stop by tomorrow and talk to a manager. I would recommend no one waste their time or money to get food here UNLESS you go early enough in the day and you are not inconveniencing them with actually doing their job of cooking food.
