We Love Popeyes but haven’t eaten at this one in awhile…. So coming back from Our Vacation before heading Home In Loveland got Some!!!! For over $35 bucks no more !!!! Chicken was all dried out Idk what kind of these boneless wings were ugh was bad overall and this is in Firestone !!!! Bad bad!!!! Seems like The Chicken was under the heat lamp too long !!!!!!

I mean I order a 5 piece spicy tender combo with fries and a sprite. Basic order…I got 7 nuggets and 7 wings, no fries or biscuit.
I live 10 mins from here and once again have been reminded about how bad this place is.

I know food
If you charge someone over 30 dollars for poor quality food is robbery I already had to wait for my order because they gave me old chicken ware the skin was coming off plus I saw the cook taking hot chicken from the stove area then place it in the front and mixed it with old chicken for someone in drive-through line I returned my chicken and waited. 15 minutes for fresh chicken mind you I have to drive 40 minutes home. The guy packed up the chicken after waiting the manager with the nose ring in his nose. He packed up my food I get home and it’s old chicken at the bottom and he covered it with the hot chicken that came out of the stove. I was supposed to get a four piece out of dark
and I still got two white pieces and two dark pieces. But it really sucks if you pay your hard earned money and folks still feel a need they can do anything with your food and nothing can be done about it, but if I was to act ignorant, I would be the bad guy if I go in and throw the chicken Back that way it came from I will be the bad guy, but when are we going to hold these people accountable for the things that they do wrong I can see if we only paying five dollars for a meal but you talking about two orders that’s over $30 and you gotta get old chicken something gotta shake

Jipped us on our frozen strawberry lemonade. Shame on their employees specifically the Young ones im 26 and it seems anyone around my age or younger just could care less about anything. Nobody where you are in life you should always perform at your best. Reputation is a big part in life

So. This is gonna sound crazy. Apparently at Popeyes when you get a small, medium or large combo the only thing that changes via those options is the drink.
The fact that they label anything a “Large” combo yet you get small sides is a class action lawsuit for false advertisement in waiting.
A COMBO meal means a COMBINATION of the food. The fact that the drink is the only thing that changes via option is atrocious and terrible business.
This is a like I said a false advertisement lawsuit waiting to happen because they sure don’t put it anywhere let alone in fine print that your sides are gonna be small regardless of your medium or large combo meal.

The service was good. The time to get our food happened at about the speed of light. The chicken was great, although I do wish the actual strips were larger. The 6 piece was more like a 4 piece, and even some of those were pushing it. Sides were okay, nothing special. The soda did have a sort of awkward aftertaste, but I’m chalking that up to a one-off instance. The fries were seasoned well. The outside of the biscuit was suuuuper salty, but the inside was great. Overall a pleasant experience and a good value for the money if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat.

Today just placing the order there were a few hiccups, not sure if they were nervous or simply not paying attention. I asked ordered spicy chicken got classic and plain fish and got spicy fish.
I asked for sandwichbspecified sandwich and they asked again the meal or the sandwich. I asked for spicy on the chicken sandwich and got a plain sandwich that didn’t seems too fresh and was not crispy.
Decided to try the flounder fish sandwich and that has more breading than another bun. Had to remove half the breading to make even taste the fish
While this is a company design maybe they’ ll focus more on quality instead of attempting to make it appear bigger than it really is.
One of my pet peeves is to go through drive thru and not get a straw or spon/fork napkins. The whole purpose is to be able to eat on the go and without a fork that makes it bit more difficult.

The store is always cheery with Louisiana music playing in the background. Sandwiches are crispy and hot. Fries are the same way. My favorite dessert is cinnamon apple pie. For hot satisfying food, you can’t go wrong.

Food is good only had a couple issues in the past. However certain workers are just lazy and embarrassing. One female worker was sitting in the dining area with her feet up, on the phone with the speaker up loud so we could all hear her business. She was cussing infront of my children in english and Spanish. ALL the tables were filthy with food and crumbs and no cleaned them. Its just uncomfortable to eat a meal in peace.

Today I went to Popeyes for dinner with my family. At first it seem to be going good however they never told us that our order was ready so when we went to check the food was cold. However we didn’t let that ruin our dinner so we kept eating. A few minutes later my son asks me “What is this in my sandwich?” And looking at it closely it was an some sort of insect. When we went there they said that it was not an insect but was just a little black dot from seasoning or something. Very disappointing.
