As the other reviews state, Popeye’s isn’t the issue, this location is. Your staff are rude, do not care about their job, and mess up orders WEEKLY. I had to order from here over 5 times to make sure it wasn’t just “bad luck”, but a bad location repeatedly selling subpar product and messing up orders. Since I know you’ll read this and respond to it, please work on this location, I’ve been to 50 others and haven’t had such consistently bad service and food.

Your staff was rude and refused to serve me a glass of water when I requested it twice. I believe it is the law that food establishments must provide water to their customers. The food is mediocre and of course it’s a mall so atmosphere is what you expect. But mostly to have such a terrible customer service at a hospitality business is plain offensive and we will find another restaurant right next-door that might smile and actually offer customer service.

Boo! One of the WORST Popeyes I’ve ever been to! $18 for just myself!? What?!?? Asked for an extra sauce, the guy said “yea, for 35 cents…..” all rude like. I gave him 35 cents and he sighed and gave me my sauce. Like what?!?! I paid for an extra sauce just give it to me! Will not be back again!

his was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. The customer service was appalling. My husband and I placed an online order and paid in advance, as evidenced by the attached receipt with the date clearly printed on it. However, when we arrived to pick up our food, we were told that they couldn’t provide it because our order wasn’t showing in their system. To make matters worse, we were instructed to call for a refund.
We made the call, only to be told by AI we would receive an email within 24 to 48 hours. So now, not only were we deprived of our food, but we also have to go through the hassle of waiting for a refund—if we even get our money back at all.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Popeyes clearly needs to train their employees better in manners and customer service. As a result, we will never eat at another Popeyes again. KFC will be receiving all our business moving forward.
Shame on you, Popeyes!

I trekked all through the Mall to order food for the bridal flower prep party, about 15 people. Dae’ Mon gave me excellent service and helped me write names on all of the orders. Needless to say, the order was perfect! Thank you so much, young man!
