Ordered on app for specific pick up time. Got there on time, gave order number and name, went to window. Was handed a taped shut bag with printed order receipt outside. Drove across street to hotel. Opened bag and missing 6 piece bone in wings from order! Walked back across street, showed receipt and the gave me the rest of my order. Leo Getz from lethal Weapon 2 said it best about drive thru. This happens more frequently ordering with apps, they just don’t take the time and hope you won’t come back and forget. Food was good, but with the extra walk only some of it was still ‘hot’ and fresh. Bad customer service using app. Better price? yes, but missing food if you don’t check your order before leaving, not worth it. won’t use this location again. Food tasted alright, just disappointed in customer service upfront. They were nice after I returned to ask about missing food, and gave me missing food, just should not have to make two trips to get what I paid for. added one star because they were nice on 2nd trip.

Trash I do my survey for the 2 piece chicken and biscuit free with large drink they never honor it and lady said I don’t get a biscuit I take it they can read at that locations they must be picketing the $1.50 I want my biscuit next time I’m making a fit and suing

I have been coming to this Popeyes location for a long time and, until recently, I never had any issues. The chicken was always fresh, and the customer service was great. Unfortunately, my last two visits were very disappointing.
During my first recent visit, I received chicken that was dry and hard. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home, but it was clearly not fresh.
The second visit was even worse. I placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 5:00 PM and ended up waiting an additional 50 minutes. The customer service was awful, and the employee cooking the chicken appeared disengaged and uninterested, which only added to the frustration.
When we finally got the order and got home, we noticed the order was also incomplete with missing sides.
Based on these experiences, this location has gone downhill significantly. It feels like there may be new management, and the quality and service have suffered as a result. Unfortunately, I will not be returning

Food has very good taste but everysingle time I buy family meals im always missing something. Like today no biscuits ♀️ the chicken was poor in chicken literally like if we were eating leftovers from bones. I always give it the benefit of the doubt but definitely my last straw. We paid $56 for family 16pc meal that was just bones battered.

I usually do mobile orders to this location. The food is always ready on time, most of the time hot and correct except they forget the sauces more often than not. So it’s a good thing to double check on those. The place is well kept. It’s in a questionable area but the establishment doesn’t reflect that. Didn’t get5 Stars because there hasn’t been anything that was stand out. It’s always been a Basic to be expected experience. But they have been all good experiences.

This is the second day in a round stopping at this location after work, 3 things – first whoever is working at the drive through around 10 -pm the time I usually stop, don’t understand any English or the very basic and it’s not able to get the order right. Second – sometimes after they “ get your order “ and tell you to go to the window ask them again for what you order – last time I did my orden in Spanish and it was the same situation, and the last one – the order it’s always wrong missing chicken or sides – today I ordered 3 piece combo I got charged for 3 piece and when I get home was only 2 – I pay full price for a strawberry pie – 3 piece combo and was missing – are you guys stealing people money or what. I will never go back again. What’s wrong with you guys – please do better – I wish I can give 0 stars but i need to do at least 1 –

Ordered online and walked over to pick up. Order was up and ready, bag taped and stapled shut. Got back to the hotel and the food was good, just no dipping sauces or the ketchup I had ordered.

The chicken sandwich was so tasty and enough for a full breakfast but what truly stood out was the amazing service from Mrs. Lily. She provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even when I was undecided about what to order, this lady stayed calm and never showed any frustration. What impressed me most was how she made me feel completely comfortable, never rushed, and genuinely supported. You don’t always find cashiers like that, she really made my experience a great one.
