The only manager on shift during a dinner rush was very rude and not helpful in anyway. She was bouncing around from window to front register and doing everything in between. She wasn’t friendly and got my order wrong. No sauces were asked about nor was I able to get any after I received my food. She tried to give me a sauce I didn’t ask for an said that’s all she can do. The employees look distraught under her command. She is not a leader by any means. Disappointed by this Popeyes.

Just bought two big boxes a half hr ago (3:15pm). I ordered the 2 piece white meat box (which they gave me dark) and a tenders box. The Tenders were dry as hell and old. My thigh and leg from the second box was dry old and burnt. Tasted like burnt grease not popeyes. The fries were cold. The only thing hot was the red beans and rice. Avoid this location. Every time I came to this location it was an issue. It’s been and year since I came, tried again and it got worse.

Good was okay. Was not hot when we went to get it and we are not more than 10 mins away from there. We didn’t get all the sauces we asked for and no marinara sauce for my daughters Five Nights meal. Service was good but we ended up having to reheat the food at home to get the tenders crispy. It tasted okay just very plain and like any old chicken tenders. The one in Park Meadows makes them way better than this one with much more flavor. I think that Birdcall and Starbird are so much better at this point.

I arrived at Popeyes to pick up a mobile order it was not ready when I arrived after waiting I wasnt given the right food. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. I order a regular bacon and cheese. I can’t have spicy or pickles due to health issues so now I am sick after eating. Not to mention they forgot my drink, biscuit and and gave me a half filled mashed potatoes. I have never had a good experience at this location. If I were you I wouldn’t go here. Food is just half the problem, the staff never delivers the right orders.
Id like to add that I had to wait for my mobile order than was given the wrong sandwich that had just been sitting there for who knows how long because the pickles made it soggy.
Edit: accidentally ate here again after 10 months let not make that mistake again, asked light Mayo and mucked it up big time. Cold finger as well

The chicken tenders were okay but had more breading than I would have preferred. It was tasty though.
Service was very slow and then the cashier couldn’t understand that I didn’t want a combo, just chicken. When that finally got through, she had to call someone else over to explain how to ring it up. The space was clean and bright.
There’s plenty of parking.

COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE
Who the hell puts a large box of boneless wings, drenched in sauce, sideways in a thin back with a sandwich that doesn’t even fit in the bag. Those were the only two items ordered. All of the sauce ran out and just pooled at the bottom of the back. Condiments coated in sauce. This is just plain stupidity. It’s like serving a drink upside down. Just got finished cleaning the stains out of my carpet where it dripped out of the bottom.

Ordered delivery again. Got an apple pie instead of a cheesecake and the smallest handful of shrimp I’ve ever seen and they left out my cocktail sauce. They’re also completely cold and there’s maybe 10 actual shrimp. The rest were just crumble. The apple pie i didn’t order didn’t even have any filling. It felt weird and had a very strange taste to it. Had to throw it out without finishing one bite. I’m done ordering from this location. They’re getting worse and worse.

I am unsure who is the new girl with black hair that be at the drive thru window now but she is so unprofessional, so rude towards customers and never ensure that I have everything. When I go to check if I have everything while still at window she smacks her teeth, gets annoyed and rolls her eyes, and always fixes herself and clothes right in front of customers and I always find 1-4 things missing from my order and I always order online and give them time to complete it as I’m driving from 30 mins out to pick up. Each time I mention it she seems to not want to fix it and it’s discouraging. I’m never negative acting in public so I just chuck it up as a loss each time but now I’m sick of it. I paid my money, give me for what I paid for. SIMPLE.

Believe the bad reviews. I wish I had seen them first. It was a bad experience from the start. To start, there was a rude girl at the drive thru window was literally glaring at people with her body half out the drive thru window. She barked a question at me and when I started to answer she cut me off. The food was overly spicy and dried out, even the potatoes and mac & cheese, and the biscuits tasted off like old grease or something. We couldn’t finish our meals everything was so bad. This visit is the nail in the coffin for me. I don’t plan to visit this location again.
