I got the shrimp and tenders. Its hard going to places with fried shrimp. Simple fact, shrimp is not good inless its fresh. I didn’t even have to ask, for it to be made fresh. They was already doing so. Quick and easy, in an out.

come to popeyes come to popeyes! last year i recommended this place to absolutely everyone so i am extremely shocked and disgusted by my experience today. the chicken looked straight out of the walk in to a microwave. it looked white??? and was limp.
They also didn’t give me my sauce nor utensils which is wild so i had to come back twice. I’m not the queen of sheba, I’m just a broke college kid, so i wasn’t expecting a bow or sobs, but a “my bad” would have sufficed. instead she just gave me my stuff without addressing me at all.
i am super sad and disappointed i barely ever go out to eat so this was such an awful waste of money and i find myself distraught.
only pro is the biscuit and coleslaw wasnt bad.
service is bad food is bad i dont recommend and i apologize to everyone i told to come here. something bad has happened over the past year. stay away.

Terrible! I placed a mobile order for the 10 piece chicken, 2 large sides, 5 biscuits special offer. Paid $26. I only got 6 pieces of chicken and they were dry, 5 biscuits, 2 large sides but the red beans and rice was sour, spoiled that I had to trash it. I tried calling the store but it keep going to an answering machine to leave my name and that someone would call me back. I recommend not going to this Popeyes! Make sure you check your order if you do!

Lady at the cash register wouldn’t take a coupon code without the physical copy. I’ve used the same code at this location and other locations multiple times and have never had issues.

I had a terrible experience at Popeyes today. The staff falsely accused me of being rude to the cashier, which is completely untrue. The cashier didn’t use gloves or wash his hands before preparing my food, which is highly unsanitary.
When I was at the counter, Sarah, the shift leader, jumped in front of the cashier and screamed at me, saying, “Don’t talk to him like that,” in a very condescending and chastising tone. She claimed I was snapping my fingers, which was impossible since my right hand was holding my phone and my left hand is injured. I apologized if she felt that way, but I told her she owed me an apology for assuming things and speaking to me in that manner. Sarah refused and continued to deflect the issue.
I believe if I were a white woman and not biracial, I would have been treated differently. I felt ganged up on by Sarah and other supervisors who weren’t even present during the incident. This is not how you operate a business.
On top of this, my food was disgusting. It was not fresh and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I took two bites and had to throw it away. The team is rude, racist, and all around uncouth.
To make matters worse, they do not wear gloves when preparing food, and when I requested they do, I was accused of being rude. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location as well Sarah ignored my request of my full refund of my food. And refused to refund my money, and instead continued to oscillate on False accusations.

When this location first opened, it was not worthy of the one-star reviews it received. They had a completely different crew running the restaurant. They never had chicken and if you told them you’d wait for fresh chicken, they’d inform you RUDELY they had NO CHICKEN to cook as if you’re the idiot for not understanding a chicken place has no chicken! If supply chain issues were the cause, a simple sign would have sufficed so you know not to wait in line only to get to the counter to find out you can order a biscuit (maybe)! Fast forward to the last few months as a completely new crew is in place, and it’s definitely worthy of a 5* review. The service is great, and they ALWAYS HAVE CHICKEN!

So many wrong issues with this order, I’m surprised they got any right. While the chicken DID taste good, we never got our red beans & rice (got Cajun fries instead…ew). A combo meal got a Coke, not sweet tea; and if THAT was sweeeet tea (according to the menu), then I’m better off getting unsweet.
Also, directions to this place are confusing. If you don’t already know they’re in the food court in the mall, you’re never going to find them from the outside.
When I issue a complaint online, the robot gave me a choice between 400 points or $5 off an order. I took the money, but it’s not remotely enough for all this hassle.
There’s a reason I don’t go to Popeye’s anymore. The quality (except for the biscuits if they’re fresh) is laughable; so are the prices. Find a local chain/restaurant and go there. This place isn’t worth it.

Cesar took care of our family was extremely friendly. The store inside the mall is extremely busy. Many people have no patience. Enjoy the experience as the people work hard behind the counter to do the best they can. Be right back, Cesar I’m always in Yorkshire
