Terrible, every time I order online and they say it’s ready it’s not and I am always missing something. I wish there was more chicken than breading. So much powdered sugar and it was all over everything in the bag. I love this place, I know you can do better!

Just came from this place, ordered to go. It was a simple order; 8 piece spicy chicken tenders, 1 spicy chicken sandwich, 6 piece ghost pepper wings. The server just handed me my food, did not say anything. I asked him (nicely) for (4) buffalo sauce, I did not want the buttermilk ranch sauce included in the order. He threw the sauces at my bag, missing with two of them. He walked away without saying anything. I checked my order, I was missing a chicken sandwich. I told him this, he retrieved the sandwich and handed it to me, walked away again without saying anything.

Has someone who’s work fast food and for 750 an hour I’m amazed at how little these employees care about their orders. Every time I order something and item is missing or it’s wrong. With three people in the drive-through window. It shouldn’t be super hard to double check items in the bag. they should at least put a shift lead in the window for quality control.

This is the case with all fast food now. It is run by 12 year Olds and Bots. 0 adult supervision+0 training with customer service, 10 years ago that equaled “Never Again” today it equals $15 an hour or more. I ordered $60 of food for pick up on Grubhub (DoorDash cannot figure out where this place is for the last year and a half). That is the first problem. Everyone seems to know this but never corrects it. This means that an online order is not filled until you arrive in the store???????? What is the point of taking an online order if you don’t intend to fill it Popeyes?

We live in the country. Husband went to this Popeys. Placed order, got to window order looked sm but asked, “is it all there”, told yes. Got home it was missing most everything, plus what was there was wrong. Went back, showed receipt, they redid the order. For the second time. Got home. Then they still didn’t know the difference between Red Beans and Rice and Mac and cheese. Order on receipt was right, but kept getting Mac and cheese. Didn’t want to waste gas. So tried to call~~ Here’s the extra bonus!!! For 1hr that night no one picked up, the next day started calling, another hour passed, then tried to call thru out the day NO ONE EVER PICKS UP!! REALLY!!! Just don’t bother, this place is a MESS!!!

We had gone through the drive through and after ordering a chicken sandwich and mashed potatos we were told in a very aggressive manner that they had no fries, when we told them thats not what we wanted she got even more mad! Then a “manager came on and told us the same thing….again we didn’t order any fries or even say the word. Then proceeded to be rude through the rest of the transaction. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. I work food service so I can understand being stressed but this is unacceptable and I would never treat a customer this way in any circumstance.

Horrible place , every time i come here the food is alway nasty , chicken is dry and fries too , I just don’t know what’s going on with this Popeyes , others one have great food. I come here because it’s close to my house but I don’t recommend this place! It’s so expensive for them to be serving old chicken, I though it was because I was going late like around 7-8 pm but no one time i went at 11 am and the chicken strips were so old and dry .. horrible if I could give them 000 stars I would.

Was there last week visiting family and they took me to this establishment, not big fan of popeyes but their sandwiches are good. Work in the service industry and I can recognize great talent and leadership. Got an issue with our order and Maria Portillo was happy to help in a very profesional manner showing sense of urgency and care. I know that most of this establishments are full of teenagers that don’t really appreciate the opportunity of having a job. And I’m sure that having someone like Maria is a great asset to train them and help them realize their potential. I’ll be sure to drop by whenever I’m visiting again.
