Wings were not sauced at all…rather just put on top of a bath of the sauce I ordered. I’m not sure if that is the expectation, to dip in the sauce you ordered? But it definitely takes the quality of the wings down. The wings themselves tasted ok but they look nothing like the pictures that show them evenly coated in the sauce. Feedback for management to kick these up a notch: toss your wings in the sauce!

Bad food service order to pick up and received all spicy chicken when ask for half and half. Macaroni very other day old very yellow orange all of it and smash potatoes not great as the other places of Popeyes I’ve been to. i would advise against this location, they never prepare thighs or drumsticks, and only ever have wings and breasts available. The employees don’t speak English, which makes ordering incredibly difficult. If families are spending $45 or more, they should be able to get what’s on the menu and understand the cashier.

I am giving 5 stars simply because the service of the staff was top notch.
Yes, it is a fast food restaurant, however, when we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a hello. The staff was friendly and displayed professionalism.
The food was good. Fairly standard Popeyes.
The restaurant was clean.
I did not like the strawberry biscuit. Not having that again. The spicy chicken and red beans and rice were very good.
I would go back.

Ordered 8-piece family meal. Only got 6 pieces of chicken. We were not offered a receipt so not sure how to resolve the issue. Looked at other recent reviews and it seems to be a systemic problem. Check your order 100% before leaving the drive-up. This store makes Popeyes look bad.

When it comes to Popeyes Chicken, my experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster. At first, I said I would never go back to this particular location due to the chicken not being fresh and the staff seeming uninterested in fulfilling my order. They also had a tendency to mess up my orders in the past.
However, I decided to give them another chance and have been extremely impressed with the quality of food and the delicious flavors they serve. The last 3-4 times I’ve been back, they have been consistent in delivering mouth-watering food that really hits the spot.
That said, they have missed a couple of items in my order, such as forgetting my side of gravy twice. But overall, Popeyes has been making some significant improvements, and I don’t have an issue spending my money there if they continue to deliver the quality of food they’ve been putting out lately. Oh, side note, if you haven’t noticed, their food prices have gone up significantly, along with every other restaurant!
One area where Popeyes could use some improvement is with their mobile app. They need to make some updates so that customers can fully customize their orders. For instance, I wasn’t able to order a side of gravy through the app, which can be a bit frustrating.
Overall, Popeyes Chicken has come a long way, and it’s clear they’ve been working hard to make some positive changes. I hope they keep the momentum going and stay consistent with providing delicious and satisfying food.

The employees at this location are very rude. Ordered a Spicy Sandwich meal with fries, mashed potatoes, a drink, and an additional mashed potato on the side. Get to the window, paid with card, and got the receipt and noticed it said rice and beans with the meal. Kindly told her that I ordered a mashed potato, not rice and beans. She scoffed at me and looked at me like I was crazy and said “You ordered the rice and beans”. I told her I did not and would like the mashed potatoes. She closed the window and came back a few minutes later and gave me $2.99 in change for the mashed potatoes. I told her I still need the mashed potato so not sure why she refunded me for them. Then she brings me my bag and I’m still missing one of the mashed potatoes so I kindly told her again that I ordered two total and she gives me a rude look and asks for the $2.99 in change back. Then her and her coworker just stand at the window and stare at me like I was crazy. Ended up just telling them never mind and leaving because they were so rude. Then I get home and turns out they gave me the wrong sandwich. Not sure what the issue was as I felt my request was not complicated, just needed the mashed potatoes instead of the rice and beans. Definitely won’t be ordering here anymore! ):
