I’m a very relaxed person most of the time, but this is unacceptable. This was after I swallowed some, THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE PEOPLE SICK.

I literally just order a Fave 5. I get to the window pay and the clerk checks my bag so I assume my order is complete. I drive 15 min back home and realize I only have macaroni and fries and no chicken. I tried to call multiple times but the phone doesn’t even ring. Unsatisfactory!

After waiting in line at the drive-thru I ordered the “2 can dine” meal… it comes with two regular sides. Allegedly this is enough for two people. Would you eat this? For as much as we are spending on the food at a subpar restaurant and you can’t even fill up the containers? AND burnt Mac n cheese that I ended up just. throwing away. I would love to see the owner or manager eat this crap!

Placed an order for pickup that wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after I arrived. I ordered their smallest family meal with 8 pieces of white meat and they gave me 7 wings with no meat and one gigantically deformed chicken breast. They were also comically understaffed with the register regularly going 5+ minutes without someone attending it. I’m only giving 2 stars for the food because the sides were excellent.

The girl at the front window did not come and greet me when I am trying to pick up a Uber eats order. It was a guy standing at the window on the phone and she came to look and see what he was doing instead of greeting the customers that is supporting Popeyes and making me take longer just to get the order for Uber eats just because they wanna look on their cell phone the customer service here was so poor

The chicken I have the past week was not fresh. I took my receipt in the next day. They offered to make everything over again handed it to me in five minutes. It still was not fresh. I got sick off of it actually. You have a right to ask for fresh chicken which means they’re dropping it hot which usually takes over eight minutes.

We sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. With 4 cars in front of us and when we finally got to the window they said it would be another 3 minutes, after waiting for an additional 15 minutes we finally received our food. Awful experience. Will be voiding in the future. Someone needs to be here monitoring the staff.
