They’ll sell you pus coated jalapeños and then the District Manager will antagonize you on the phone. Give the Wheat Ridge location your money unless you want to risk food poisoning. They’re disgusting.
Edit: In their response these geniuses said “Wheat Ridge” location. The jalapeños came from this crappy location. The WR location is great and doesn’t sell spoiled food. Thanks.

ordered crispy spicy tenders, received soggy, greasy tenders instead. biscuit= ruined. fries= ruined. appetite= ruined. when i called to rectify my issue, the guy hung up on me. twice. i tried to take a bite of the tenders to suck it up, and i gagged it out. not even edible, my fries are mushy, and the biscuit is smothered in grease and liquid. the mashed potatoes came 1/4 of the way filled. what a waste of $20

So first we order and it says a price then we get to the window and he says another price and we said hey I’ll be right back going to grab more cash because it was way more then we were told because he read the bag that was not ours. He says not it’s ok it’s ok and already has our money in hand does not give the receipt when asked for and does not give us our change!!!! Never again

Fire everyone including the evening Manager. 630pm asked for condiments, didn’t get them and had to wait for it at the counter. Manager didn’t speak to me and handed me a ton of sauce and walked off. No customer service no speech no anything. Keep the girl in the back but those dude don’t care about their jobs at all. I worked my butt off at a Popeyes and would never treat someone that way after having to park and get out their car for something due to negligence and just not caring So show them how much you care about your when you read this.

This place is gross. My wings came drowned in grease and frying oil sediment. I also didn’t get my biscuit. They then offer me a $5 coupon to return for more crap, HELL NO! Never again.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning at 11:05 AM. What a mistake, horrible service and management. I had a coupon code 5757 for a discount on a spicy tenders meal. That I had got from the app on the way in. The manager was having a bad day and was told that the coupon is invalid. So pay full price or go somewhere else. I went north up the road a couple miles to the Blazing Bird. So lucky I missed eating the food that was under a heat lamp. I remember now why I don’t like fast food and bad service. Not worth trying Popeyes, delete the app and go north like I recommend.

Staff were friendly and making sure I was satisfied. Napkins & utensils were in the bag neatly, not all scattered (thrown in). Food was pretty good, I would recommend on stopping by for a bite. Oh, cannot forget the frozen strawberry or mango lemonade drink(s)! Make it happen or not, on you Have a great day!

I used to come here a lot! Service was a bit lacking, but the food was good. I only like the Popeyes shrimp. This restaurant 86’d them off the menu, so I have no reason to go here anymore. Dumb move.

Waited in drive thru for almost 30 mins for my mobile order. Forgot my sauces and recieved 2 of the saddest “Tenders” I’ve ever seen. Maybe got 10 fries. This location has gone downhill over the past few months.
