I ordered off grub hub the delivery driver was awesome but the food was bad I had ordered the fazbear meal and another Popeyes on the other Montana one and it was amazing this locating however was terrible the strips were so small and everything looked gross and like it was the left over of someone’s else’s and for that price is crazy that they were like that, super disappointed ☹️

If 0 was an option I would give it a 0. Ordered (2) 6 piece boneless garlic parmesan and got both orders wrong. Didn’t get garlic parmesan and got a newborn nugget. Called them like 20 times but no one answered.

I got the 8 piece family meal from this popeyes and when i got home and my family sat to eat we discovered the chicken was old, dry and burned. I couldn’t go back to the location so i called to let them know so they can know there chicken is dry and everything and the agent that answered seemed annoyed Just told me to take it back. It was a waste of money we really weren’t able to eat it so dissapointed with this location have been a fan of popeyes for a long time but after this no longer will be going there !

I made a simple order. 3 chicken nugget kids meals . Once I got home and went through my bag I noticed my entire order was wrong, no condiments( honey or hot sauce) , and not to mention they forgot to put the dranks (apple juices)in the bags.
Let’s keep in mind this establishment was not busy . It was 7pm on a Sunday evening, there’s no excuse for horrible customer service .

We ate inside the restaurant amd were the only ones there, it was way too cold, smelled like old dirty cooking oil and the food wasnt great. The mashed potatoes tasted like vinegar potatoes, the tea was floral tea, and they were out of several items on the menu..

Ordered through doordash and when I opened the bag I could not seem to find any sauce then I realized, there wasn’t any napkins either. However while I was further inspecting the bag I was shocked when I realized THEY FORGOT MY STRAW ASWELL. I gues I should not have been so shocked considering the condition of the food. How could a chicken restaurant not provide the sauce for 5 tender and 2 fries.

I’ve been to all the other Popeyes and this one is the best, the service is generally great and when I ask for fresh food they accommodate and I don’t mind waiting. Other locations will still give you hours old chicken and not care. This location will take care of you.

I have never waited less than an hour for my food. They always give me the smallest pieces, barely any honey and people who come in after me routinely get served before I do. It’s not even worth it, I should have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else instead of waiting. I only come here when I’m away so long that I forget how bad the service is. If I had gotten my chicken somewhere else I would have gotten one or two big pieces and I would have gotten it this year.

If I could give Zero stars I WOULD, i had a terrible experience, the guy taking the order just didnt understand, it seemed like a was ordering something out of this world when i asked for extra gravy. The blackened chicken tenders are NOT WORTH the price i order an 8 piece and just that is $20, and they are EXTREMELY SMALL, when i was at the window they asked me to wait, i was starving so i asked if the regular tender were ready just switch them, the manager got so upset and didnt even care i was looking at his ugly face, his reaction irritated me so much I told them to leave them as it is and that I would wait, after 10 min a guy comes outside with a 5 piece tender 1 buiscuit, i told him it was an 8 and had me count them, he went back and i could see them from my mirror arguing and looking at the cars, a second guy comes outside and tells me the order was the wrong car, i told him i had already touched the food, he took it, and came back 1min later im sure they gave the touched food to the other car, a 3rd guy came outside with my order, The tender were a joke, they look like a freakin nugget, 100% not worth it, the amount of chicken for the price is ridiculous, i couldn’t believe it. That was not worth $30, and i can tell you my hand is a very small hand.
