Came to get the ghost pepper sandwich, my order was out fast. The only problem is that one of my sandwiches was cold. Like the chicken was sitten there for a while, but the other one was warm. How do you not have any sort of standard of quality. This is the second time I have gotten my food cold from here. Honestly dont bother coming here with how bad their food quality is.

I placed an online order for spicy and ghost pepper sandwiches. Total of 5. Not only was I missing a sandwich, all of them were classic. I had to wait at the drive thru longer than estimated and when they came out with the food I also had to tell them I was missing a drink and the barbecue sauce. Then I got home and saw I was missing food and all the sandwiches were wrong. I called the manager and he refused to send someone with the correct order and he refused to offer any refund. I had to contact customer service which is via email btw. I’ll never visit Popeyes again.

So sad how this company has gotten so bad. I ordered a 12 piece dark only family pack and got 6 wings, 3 drum sticks and 3 “breasts” that were mainly the breading very little meat. I was not going to leave a review but it’s the second time it happens. Last time the chicken was so dry it looked like it was days old. I drove back and even the manager said it was really bad.

Not worth it ! Ordered my food at 9:20 in the drive through, then waited until 10:15 to be served my food. All I ordered was tenders and some wings and this wait time was ridiculous. To add on to this, I got home to realize my food was cold. I decided to go back and ask for a refund but was told that wasn’t possible so I asked if they could remake it. The manager then closed the drive through window in my face as well during this time ? ( Mind you I was just asking for a solution but she couldn’t take an extra minute to find a solution so I had to speak to another employee ) Took them another 20 minutes to make the food, and to our surprise when we got home, they did not make our tenders and instead just sent an extra biscuit?? So now I paid for food I did not receive, still somehow ended up with cold food. I even went to call them back but of course nobody answered and the voicemail is unavailable. Very disappointing that nothing was fixed. On top of all of that, employees were rude and talking about me in the back where i could hear them. The afternoon/closing staff is very unprofessional.

Service was a bit slow, we had to ask what happened to our meal after we had been waiting about 20 minutes. Fortunately, the chicken strips with fries and the nuggets were very tasty and fresh. The restaurant was clean, so that’s definitely a plus.

Service is unpleasant when i order they always not once or twice always i am always missing parts of my order. They never have orders ready. And always argue with us about never being ready and I like to say its because they have so many orders they never have anyone on drive thru and one or two people inside. It’s fast food for a reason.

Like any other weekend, I went to buy dinner for my family here because my family loves the chicken tenders from Popeyes. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I went with them. As normal i went through the drive thru and order my food and took it home. As soon as I was preparing to serve dinner to my family I notice in the basket of fries had an open container of sauce inside my fries. My first thought was they probably put a sauce there and with the heat it open the container. Then I realized there was no sauce nowhere the fries. It was already open when they put it there. I don’t know why they did me dirty like that because that is just nasty. I don’t know anyone personally that works there so I don’t know why they would humiliate someone like that because it’s so obvious for someone to notice the open container of the sauce in there. Netherless to say, that is just also poor hygiene. I went back right away and got my money back and returned the order same way they gave it to me.

Listen to the reviews. Don’t come here, the wait for drive thru is HORRIBLE. Currently waiting here for two kids meals with 4 pieces boneless chicken and it’s been over 25 minutes. They have currently parked 3 other cars too. We will NEVER return. I could have made it all at home by the time they bring my food. 9/15/25 our receipt shows the time of 7:12 and it’s currently 7:38

Bad service, they take a long time to attend to and deliver, and bad customer service. I placed an order online and when I arrived it wasn’t ready after half an hour of placing the order, and I still had to wait another 10 minutes at the store because they didn’t have cooked chicken.

Poor customer service, very slow , they didn’t have any chicken rwdy or tenders ready. You place your order and they don’t bother to tell you there is going to be a wait. I asked what the hold up was and that’s when they tell you it’s cooking. They have no sense of urgency, this is all about poor management. Lunch time is not the time not to have any food ready. 15 minutes currently and still waiting. If I ask for a refund it takes 3 days. Another example of Poor El Paso service and I’m from here. Not acceptable and my oreder will probably be qrong.
