Food is good, but the portions aren’t so great. If you want the mac and cheese, definitely get the large cause the “regular” is really small. Small like an ice cream scoop. I also ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich and didn’t get the bacon, I don’t remember seeing cheese either. After a long day, you don’t want to drive back if something is wrong with the order, so park and thoroughly check your food is correct!

I usually visit the Weslaco location, but after several visits where I received cold food, I decided to give this location a try — and I’m so glad I did!
We were warmly greeted by Alejandro, who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He gave us time to look over the menu without rushing us, and he repeated our order more than once to make sure everything was correct. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire experience so much more enjoyable.
I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Huge thanks to Alejandro for the 10/10 service!

Best fried chicken from all the Popeyes in the RGV. I have tasted Popeyes in different places, the chicken was juicy, and the outside perfectly crispy and spicy. I live North of Edinburg and I will definitely drive to this one, instead of the one in Edinburg. Plus, the lady through drive-through was very friendly.

Service was ok. There was no one at the front register. I had to wait, pluse clerk didn’t understand English and was asking for help. Asked for condiments for biscuits, don’t have any that’s always the answer every time we ask when coming to Popeyes. Tables were not clean .

This has to be the worst Popeyes location. Every single visit there always seems to be a problem, from waiting at drive-thru for over 10mins to even be attended/acknowledged and then being told they “ran out of chicken” and it’s another 20min wait to being gaslighted that the food you ordered is spicy when CLEARLY it is not. Some serious changes need to be made in management at this location because even the manager is extremely rude and won’t even offer solutions to their mistakes in orders and quality of food.
