I decided to take a chance and much like Vegas, the house won and I walked out the loser. The chicken tenders were heat-lamp dehydrated. The biscuit was dry and the mac’n cheese was far from desirable.
On top of that, sadly I was up charged for the mac’n cheese and also up charged for a larger drink which I did not request.
Maybe I chose the wrong time of day (4 pm) and got the far-from-fresh lunch leftovers but as commonly stated, fool me once, shame on you.
I shan’t be fooled again.

I usually choose this location than all others around and usually don’t have a problem. But on today’s occasion, I ordered two big family meals online, hoping to get fresh off the grease food. The food we received was so dry, cold and old. It felt like we were given two days old food that wasn’t sold. The guy who attended me at the drive thru was friendly. I’m just upset from the outcome of the food. As expensive as it was, even the mashed potatoes were cold and didn’t have much gravy. Please do better Popeyes.

Place was dirty. The light in the middle of dining area hangs too low and I smacked my head on it. Fried chicken was way over done and ranked as the worst I have ever had. I generally like Popeyes but this place is bad. A lady came in while we were there and had been given the wrong order at the drive through.

Came through the drive-thru I was the only one in line. I ordered a two-piece with mashed potatoes and gravy and a side of red beans and rice. the order consisted of a chicken breast and a leg, the chicken breast was very dry it looked like it had been sitting under a warm light the skin was extra extra crispy, not like when it’s freshly made. the mashed potatoes practically had no gravy in them. The biscuit too tasted like it had been warmed up. This was to be my dinner at work. Very disappointed.

Long wait a pieces were small and over cooked. Reteraunt smalled liked backed up sewer. I only know this because I was going to dine in. The smell was awful.

Ordering was extremely difficult because workers did not understand what I was asking for. I did not get a sauce I asked for and I did not get gravy for the tenders either. There was also a hair in my mashed potatoes. Absolutely disgusting, will not be coming back.

Visited with my mom this weekend. While some of our visits in the past have been not-so-great, Shay was on point with customer service! We dined in, which we rarely do. Food was hot and fast, dining area was clean, and we had no complaints!

I recently visited Popeyes and ordered a chicken sandwich and six bone-in wings. The ghost pepper wings were recommended and proved to be exceptionally flavorful. The food items were all prepared with fresh ingredients.
During my visit, Shaye was managing the counter. Despite a high volume of customers, she remained composed, ensuring the accuracy of our order. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor was greatly appreciated.
