This must be one of 3 Popeyes in the whole country that doesn’t absolutely suck. They actually were serving the food on the menu, the staff was polite, my order was correct, and they gave me THREE WHOLE DIPPING SAUCES! They didn’t make me feel like a criminal for asking for sauce and they even gave me three instead of the single packet I was expecting!

I waited about 5 minutes before someone took my order and when the lady took my order she didn’t say hello or anything. None of the associates there said hello. The associates there don’t speak and they never do speak. They weren’t busy at all and when the lady gave me my order she just said here you go and never said thank you. There was a guy in the back that asked me was everything okay. I did appreciate him asking me. This happens all the time so I decided to leave a review this time.

Went through the drive through and the lady at the speaker was extremely rude. She had an attitude throughout the entire interaction. I have gone through the drive through before with her and the behavior was the same so you can’t just blame it on a bad day. When waiting to pay we could hear her being rude to the person behind us in the drive through as well. She was very rushed, and for no reason considering there had been nobody even there before we had gotten there.

Numerous times I’ve placed my order on the app & it still takes them over 20 minutes to get it ready when I arrive. I’ve tried just going through the drive through to order & still, they ask you to pull up & wait on the side or the front of the building for your food. I’ve gone inside to order as well & it always seems like nobody is really doing anything behind the counter. Do not come here for a quick lunch break. You’ll waste your hour waiting.

The lady in the gray shirt who works the drive thru is barely audible on the microphone and incredibly rude at the window. It seems she has been a problem for a long time given the rest of the comments for this place. It’s a wonder she hasn’t been fired yet. We won’t be eating here again because of her. The fries were also stale.

I got the tackle box. The shrimp were super small and of those 8 pieces only 4 were actually shrimp. The rest were tails that had been battered and fried. I understand it’s fast food but a little quality control would be nice.

Seriously do not go through the drive through here. They will ask two cars in front of you to pull up even though it completely blocks the exit. We called and asked them to ask their customers to pull back around and they first lied and said they were bringing out their orders. When they didn’t do that we called back again and asked them to have their customers move and they hung up. We were stuck waiting to exit until they finally brought out the red trucks order. I don’t know what the lady in the white car was doing but she finally got tired of waiting and went inside. Best to go on down the road to KFC…

I travel alot here to kingsville and I like to enjoy a Popeyes dinner but every time I go there they seem to not have some of meal sides I asked for honey they said there out then I asked for Mac n cheese and they said they were out then I asked for a gallon of lemonade and Yelp they were out it was barely 7pm on a Monday yet there was alot of staff standing around just talking they should of made sure everything was stocked this is bad for business so I left down the street where KFC had everything Yelp I won’t go back to Popeyes nor would I recommend that place.

Spicy Chicken was not crispy like it usually is like it has been setting in the warmer for a while however, was still tasty. Restroom could have been cleaner.
