Second time visiting this location. I returned as a customer because our first experience was fantastic but unfortunately, this visit was not the case. The lady at the drive-through asked me what sides I wanted and even confirmed that the meal I was getting included two sides. I asked for mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. Not only did I not receive those sides, but I received a side of fries instead. The drive-through person was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering at this location. When I pulled up to the window, she didn’t say a single word, took my card and provided no receipt. The whole experience was disappointing, considering we had such a great experience the first time we visited this location.

The person at the drive through window was very and mocking me when I was trying to talk. The chicken was dry and awful. I never taste such nasty chicken at this Popeyes take a picture of it. dry chicken about 323 pieces and got me $21 and this chicken with dry as hell !

Went to drive thru today. Was the only person in line. Made a quick and simple order of chicken sandwich and asked for honey and hot sauce packets.
Received my food with no straw, napkins, and sauce packets. Couldn’t ask for the missing items because the employee abandoned the window. I honked and no one came so I had to go to the drivethru again just to tell them what I was missing. I know there was at least 2 staff doing nothing but wasting time, not doing their job. Just the bare minimum. Unbelievable.
Customer service – HORRIBLE.
I will not go back to this location.

I am writing to express my disappointment and hurt over the way I was treated today at this location. This experience was difficult for me because I am currently pregnant and had just received the devastating news that my aunt passed away this morning. I was emotional, hungry, and simply trying to get a meal for comfort.I placed my order expecting to pick it up through the drive-thru, as your website states that drive-thru pickup is available. However, I was told I had to come inside because of theft issues at the location. I understand safety concerns, but this contradicts what is advertised online and should be clearly communicated beforehand. False advertisement is grounds for legal action plus In my condition and emotional state, being forced to go inside was extremely difficult for me. I did not want to be seen while I’m trying to hold myself together. I would have ordered somewhere else if I had known that. When I finally went inside and received my order, I returned to my car and noticed my biscuits were missing. I went back inside to politely let the employee know. He insisted that he had put them in the bag and said, “I’m the one who made your order, I’m not going to argue with you.” I was not arguing at all; I was simply explaining that they were not in my bag. The bag only contained coleslaw, fries, chicken, and honey packets.He did give me the biscuits, but the way he spoke to me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he refused to respond and just stared at me. That made me feel ignored, disrespected, and uncomfortable. I work in restaurant management myself, and I know how important it is to treat customers with patience, kindness, and respect—especially when mistakes happen. I did not deserve to be spoken to that way, especially while visibly emotional and pregnant. I came to Popeyes for comfort food during a very painful moment in my life, and instead, I left feeling dismissed, and upset. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that additional training or coaching is provided to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and compassion in the future. The food was great though

My food was freshly made, waited a few extra minutes for that but it was worth it. The drive through lady was very friendly and nice. She gave me extra ketchup and I had enough for my popcorn shrimp. My red beans and rice was cooked all the way through, went to anther Popeyes on the opposite side of town and that rice was crunch… but this location did it right!!!!

This location is atrocious and I will just start driving a few extra miles to a different one. First of all, if you’re not going to allow drive-thru pickup of mobile orders, you need to take that option off the app so we know before ordering. You claim there is theft and you need to verify the order, but all you did was glance at my phone?? You couldn’t have done that at the drive-thru window? Then I drive all the way back to work and my order wasn’t even correct. Missing all the sauces. Constant problems with this location and their crappy attitude employees, but I always blow it off because it’s closest to work. Not doing it again. Do better.
Update – I went to the Austin Hwy location today and it was a night and day difference. No issues picking up a mobile order via drive-thru, friendly employees, and my order was correct. Will continue driving a bit further for a better experience.

I rarely come post bad reviews but the food from this location this evening was horrible. I ordered a 2 can dine and ghost pepper sandwich combo that I picked up through the drive thru. I was missing one side that I caught prior to leaving the restaurant so I did go inside to get it. I wished I checked the whole order.
The 2 can dine deal was missing a piece of chicken. How do you miscount 5 pieces of chicken? The wing was toddler tiny, the breast was dried out and overcooked, and one of the legs looked like someone took a bite out of it smh. This location continues to go downhill year after year.

This Popeyes location seems to be the only location I can trust . They are nice and friendly staff greets me everytime . I have ordered many large orders and they always make it fresh . I was helped by steam , Adream and Victoria and Emelia . Great people and will always keep me coming back. A staff like this can help Popeyes keep their customers.

We had the worse experience at this location during the night shift. We made an online order and they refused to give it to us through the drive through after informing them I had made an online order under my name. Notice!! there weren’t any cars at all!!! My dad then got down from the car with the confirmation code and they refused to give it to him. The guy proceeded to tell us that we were trying to steal the food when I gave them MY NAME (the name on the order) beforehand through the drive through speaker and even showed them the code on the phone. The guy later gave us the food after another staff came to check the code on the phone. However, the food was already cold by the time they gave it to us, and we noticed too late that we were missing a biscuit. Never coming back to this location again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
