We did takeout from here today for lunch. We ordered Four of the Classic Chicken Sandwiches with two large sides of Red Beans and Rice, and Mashed Potatoes. We also ordered Apple pies. All of the food was very good tasting, freshly made and well seasoned. We will definitely return again and would highly recommend that you visit this location. Great customer service.

Magda is awesome. I arrived right at closing. She smiled, asked me what I wanted and packaged it for me quickly. She could have just said they were closed. That’s not in her character. And, it carries over to her crew. Popeyes is my favorite place to eat because of her and her team.

Ordered a #4 combo. They gave me 2 nice wings alongside what I can only describe as an entire chicken. I nearly fell to my knees and wept. Cashier was so full of joy, as was I when I unboxed this absolute unit of a chicken piece. If this popeyes has no fans then I am dead.

Horribly understaffed. Each employee was doing the work of two, and barely able to.

Waited 20 min for a non special order, 2 employees, a third was on a break (which is fine).

Food here is mediocre, nothing special, but the service here is terrible. Let me be clear, the staff is very nice and welcoming, but sometimes they just randomly leave the register and no one comes for 15 minutes. They need a better system for break times and need to take orders faster.

I paid 9.99 for a 5pc Cajun fish platter I received two hard balls of fish and one piece that was completely broken up. They were out of fries and didn’t have all of the sides. Cashier was nice but food was unacceptable.

Jeremiah!!! I pray that you run into people just like yourself at every turn for the rest of your life. Simple requests are not applied, Zero effort to help the customer is scratched off with cop-out excuses. Poor customer service. sad for a military base full of warriors.
