Stopped at this location and the front and back was open,smokey. Several employees were outside, doing whatever. We waited for 15min, before order was taken. A lady returned her food because, her order was wrong. The employees took the box and placed the chicken back in warmer with the other chicken. Lady responded to employees, and said that is cross contamination. Employer started saying chill out. Me and my buddy over heard this happening and asked for a refund. This store need some serious traning. Health department need to pay them visit. They were speaking their language only. Understand what you was saying,was very difficult, when placing order.

The staff is super nice and very professional. Five stars for staff. But 12 dollars for a 3 piece tender meal is robbery. This is the smallest meal I have had in years. Kids meal. I’m sorry but for almost 13 bucks that’s not even close to being worth it. That is a 5.99 kids meal. You can get a 10 piece wing basket from wings and more almost the same price. Yea with times being rough you won’t catch me coming back to spend 12 bucks for that I can promise you that and would have came back multiple times a week. I’m pissed! Ordered through the app. Got there waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes before I got my order. The manager handed me my order and didn’t say anything. Didnt tell me which drinks he was handing me, didnt say thank you. He just handed me my food and closed the window. Instead of the manager helping getting the orders ready, he just kept walking back and forth from the back to the front. And not once did I see him with anything in his hands. And one of the works seen the frustration look on my face and just laughed. We will never go back to this location. (Night shift)

2024 REVIEW- WOW!! Since last visiting 1 year ago, how things have improved 100%. Very fast, delicious, hot food with friendly staff. Don’t recommend the mac & cheese or strawberry biscuit. So the next day I took them back w/receipt and got mashed potato and apple pies in its place. Friendly about food return, and didn’t make me feel ashamed or petty. Thank you. Price for 10 piece family meal with extras was still $55 w/their in-house coupon. When I asked about specials inside, manager gave me a coupon from drive-thru with better unadvertised price. Thank you for being so great and respectful, with HOT delicious food! I enjoyed my visit as much as food. Devoured every last piece.
LAST YEAR 2023 REVIEW: Overpriced. Friendly and fast. Rolls so hard, got 4 was due to get 5, had to throw them away. Missing 1 thigh and got bony wing instead. Chicken appeared oddly cut, small pieces, and not what you used to get for the same money. Didn’t advertise any specials for food needing large family meals. Found out at checkout window they had a better deal sold to car (amount due) in front of me. So because they didn’t advertise specials, we overpaid $20. And I asked at drive through upon order what their specials were. My $25 family box 9 pieces and 2 extra sides cost me almost $55.!!

After taking drive thru order, lady at the window forget about my order, 10 mins later another person comes to the window and asks me why I am still waiting did I place an order? It took her less then 20 seconds she bagged me cold food. Guess I need to find a way to report this place for a quality check

Worst place ever. They never get your order right and they take 24 years to get you anything. This place sucks. This popeyes alone makes me hate the whole chain. Forgot chicken first time I went, forgot my biscuits the second time and the third time they took 30 minutes on a internet order after my wife got there. Order was put in 15 minutes before she got there. My 10 month old was losing in in her car seat because this place doesn’t know how to do things in a timely manner. On top of them taking forever they still manage to only give us 12 fries and forgot our chicken sandwich. Hope this popeyes closes down.
