This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant in my life.
While trying to pick up DoorDash in the drive thru (because the lobby was closed at 7:30 PM), I was greeted by an unintelligible message over the speaker at a volume about 50 decibels too loud. I then had to wait ~20 minutes for the one car in front of me to get their order before pulling up to the window. That led to several more minutes of waiting for an order that very clearly was for a different person than the customer’s name I gave multiple times. After finally getting the attention of the worker again (who was talking on his cell phone the entire time and severely struggled understanding English), I waited about another 10 minutes. The order I finally got did not have a receipt to verify the customer’s name or items, and the worker quickly closed the window without saying a word. Shortly after delivery, to no one’s surprise the customer sent a text saying part of their order was missing.

All of the Popeyes in town are terrible, horrible, dreadful…,how can a person order some food on or door dash 2 hours ago and it’s still not done….. and to put the cherry on top of the poop sundae yall don’t answer the phone… every single location in town is terrible get new management at the Bryan locations . I don’t understand the complaints that reviews are showing on this location. True I was very skeptic about trying this location from words from people’s mouths. But out of all honesty, I have no complaints. The food was great. Service is great a lot better of service here than the one located on Harvey Mitchell.. Keep up the good work you’ll be seeing more of me.

$40 for 3 meals and you forget one of my meals. Both of the 2 meals that I did receive were both wrong. Tea was sour. Took way too long. This place should seriously reconsider their management and staff situation. It’s always looked run down and now I know why we’ve stayed away for so long. I’m not sure how your chicken has become the most expensive in town, but you should rethink some business decisions.

Stopped by on a road trip, and at first we could barely even tell it was a Popeyes. It looked like a rundown gas station, and no signs but a small poster with the sandwich and chicken on it. The service was very slow for just 2 3-piece tender meals. The fries were ok but a little burnt and the chicken was terrible ate 2 bites and the middle of the chicken was slimy and undercooked. Didn’t even eat our food. The only upside to the meal was the biscuits were cooked ok.

To all delivery drivers and customers I strongly advise you no matter how much money was offered to you it’s not worth the wait. I got up to the window after sitting about 15 minutes in the drive-thru having to talk to somebody with an attitude. I set another 15 minutes at the window. Can you tell me he had to drop fillets. I’ve been in food service for 31 years and I never heard that it would take over 20 minutes to do a single fillet for a sandwich. That’s all there was. This person and I know that they are informed that there is a third party delivery service coming to pick up this order. So he had plenty of time to drop this food for this delivery service. I strongly apologize to the customer that received their food tremendously late after they ordered it.

The absolute worst Popeyes anywhere! The service is horrible, and they are ALWAYS out of chicken. I only come here because the next closest is a 20 min drive. Count on waiting at least 20 minutes for your order. It’s always an awful experience coming here!
