Well got in and out through the drive thru fast. That was nice. Unfortunately my 5 piece tenders are a joke. I’ve never once received such tiny tenders. For the price they should be a bigger size. This is just sad. Come on guys get it together.

This is the best Popeyes in Houston and possibly the entire country. Every time, without fail, it is fresh and tastes phenomenal. I don’t get that same experience at every other Popeyes I’ve been to but this location delivers it every single time. Whatever this location does differently needs to be taught to the rest of the Popeyes nationwide.

When we pulled into the drive thru for our mobile order, the cashier immediately told us to pull ahead and wait for our order, rather than waiting at the window. No one was behind us. We pulled ahead to the side door and waited. Meanwhile, multiple people arrived behind us in the drive thru and got their food shortly after arriving. I wound up having to go inside and ask for our food, which was just sitting on the counter. They apparently forgot about us. The bag also did not include any of the sauces that we ordered. I am very disappointed. We will not be returning to this location.

The chicken wasn’t fully cooked, the employees were complaining because they got busy and customers were going into the restaurant “out of nowhere” after being slow for an hour like the employee said. I do not recommend this place, go to a different Popeyes.

Me and a friend went to this location and we ordered the same thing except his was spicy tenders and mine was mild tenders. They gave him mild tenders instead so he bit into one of the strips and noticed and went to get them to correct his order while I’m still waiting for my food. They take the box of tenders to the back and bring back his spicy tenders and grab a tray and walk back to the back and then shortly brings back my meal, from the back (not where they box the orders up). I went sit down to eat and I ate two tenders before I noticed that one of the tenders had been eaten off of so I ask my friend if that was the mild tenders he brought back and he said yes so in short they gave me food that was returned from another customer, that had been eaten out of. To make it worse it was a manager that did this. One of the employees also told my friend that he would give him two extra sauces and when he asked for them the manager made him hold up the line to pay for two extra sauces that he had offered to pay for when he put his order in. This location also wouldn’t sell me a catering order of 75 tenders because they said they don’t do orders that big. I called it in and I checked online, I also went in person. This is a horrible location with horrible service. I wish I could put negative stars. I’ll be contacting a lawyer about the reserved food that was eaten out of.

The lady that took my order and gave me my food was extremely rude rolled her eyes and scoffed at me when I told her the tea had a horrible off taste.. And when ordering kept trying to ask “anything else anything else” and her voice was aggressive and unfriendly… This was nearly 7:10pm on December 7th 2025 ….. This needs to be addressed because it’s not ok I work in fast food as well and I understand it can be frustrating but what I got was uncalled for I wasn’t giving attitude and I tried to be patient with it, but she’s she gave me and eye roll and scoffed when I told her about the tea really upset me.i also didn’t get a receipt as if she knew what she did was wrong.

Ordered 2 normal chicken sandwiches, 2 fries, a large dr pepper, and a regular dr pepper. Received a normal chicken sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich with no sauce, 2 fries and 2 regular coca colas. Extremely disappointed because I usually have good experiences here.
