This place is a scam. They allowed me to order food that’s not available and say “sorry about that we don’t have enough..” and expect me to accept it because I already paid. I asked for 16 piece meal legs and thighs. I got mostly wings. This happened a year ago too. I’ve only come here 3 times in the past 2 years. Every time it’s awful experience. If you do not have the chicken I am ordering say that before I pay and allow me the right to choose if I want to continue business with you. This place is a scam. And the seasoning on this food is awful. Run away from here.

We pulled up to the drive thru to order a chicken sandwich meal. Paid at the window and they told us to pull up it will be about 10 mins. We waited and it was now 15mins.and no one has come out to complete our order. My wife goes inside and asked a young man what is taking so long. The young man said they were waiting for the sandwich patty to be done. My wife spot a young lady in the back come and just throw the foil packaging ( that looks like the one of a sandwich) onto the warm station. Just like if you were throwing a paper ball in a trash can. The gentleman notice that it was a rude gesture in her part but does not say a word. She asked, ” Os that our sandwich for our order?” He replied shamefully, “yes”.
My why then asked why would she do that? He did not have a response. Then my wife asked for her name and if she could speak with her and the manager. It turns out he was the manager. The manager brought her up and my wife asked again but now addressed the girl why she would throw her food like if she was feeding a dog. My wife even said not even I would throw food like that to a dog. The employee, her name Vanessa, said,” What’s the problem, it just going to be eaten anyway!” Rolled her eyes and just walked away. Just straight disrespectful. I would say the GM and owner of the store should really revise the work ethic of each employee. The service standards are low at this location. This was our first and last time for us to visit this location. I would not recommend the location at all. No resolution was made, my wife was visiblely upset, and well I took the time to write the whole review to warn anyone about the service of this location. Stay away unless you want to be treated with no respect. My 7yr.Old grandson has better manners. This happen just this evening, 12/04/2025. Around 7pm. Hope to hear from the establishment to resolve this manner.

We occasionally order blackened tenders from here, and up until now, they were not exceptional, but they were good, this time it seems they decided to serve us tenders made out of leftover slices of chicken, we have never had such thin ragged tenders from this Popeyes location, or from any other Popeyes location for that matter, but the one thing that kept us coming back to this restaurant in particular, was the good quality that was better than other locations we visited. Definitely not trusting this location again.

Lots of bad reviews on here. Not surprised. Website allowed me to place an order online at 11:10pm. It also states online that they close at 12am. I placed the order, and when got there they said they were closed. Told me I could get a refund through support online. I don’t want an apology response. Fix it.

We ordered 2-3 piece white combos. Usually you get 2 beasts and a wing. We got 2 tiny wings and 1 small breast. Spent 25 bucks for hardly any chicken. To add insult to injury the chicken was cold. Waste of money!

Night ruined. I was unable to get a strawberry cream pie all week and I wanted one tonight after a long day of work, and long commute, followed by having to mom thru a chaotic evening, then a couple hours of door dashing. So I went n ordered my 2 pies & waited at the drive thru window for about 5 minutes to get them. Only to get home and take a huge bite of. Apple pie. oh it must have been a mistake, I told myself and put the pie back in its sleeve. I boy into the other pie, hoping it would be the one I asked for just to realize I had not one but two Apple pies when I asked for strawberry cream pies.

If I could give no stars, I would. This was around 6pm on 9/25/2025. I didn’t get her name, but she was a young heavy set Hispanic girl that wore glasses. I’m describing her so maybe management can have a word with her. I doubt that will happen, but one can only hope.
I went there to buy a Popeyes gift card. A young lady was behind the counter, didn’t say can I help you or anything. I said I need a gift card please. She just stared at me. I repeated it and again she just stared at me. I politely asked her if she spoke English. She said yes. I once again repeated what I needed. She took the gift card holder and took one out. She said I’m not sure how to do this. She tried, she failed. She says my manager will have to do it and she’s not here. I said, not one person behind this counter is trained on gift cards? She replied, they sell them in stores,
just go there and buy one. I couldn’t believe she actually said that. I’m here at a popeyes, why would I need to go to a store?
I asked, what store number is this. She looked on the wall, looked at me with an evil grin and said, I don’t know.
I said, well, don’t worry about it, but be sure to check the reviews later. I left there angry and sad that she represents the future. Just from this experience, I promise I will never be eating at this location.
Think twice before you decide to go there!

11/30/25, Around 8pmthis place is very poor managed, workers are disrespectful to customers non stop. I’ve been living in Alvin for 5 years an this particular Popeyes is always the worst. My girl had to drive off because of the constant rudeness, an terrible making of food. It’s like their hiring whatever people. Needs to be SHUT DOWN. And its sad because I LOVE POPEYES FOOD.
